Some instructions printed in the box would of been nice. One shuttle cock broke on the first use, started to split at the bottom where the plastic is thin.
Fun to play and it does travel better outside.
But it did stall mid air a few times and slight breeze would take it
Service was 100%, really very helpful with my order BUT the product isn't quite what it claims to be. Me and my county player daughter took our net etc to the local park and were rather disappointed to find that the airbadminton shuttlecock was taken by the slightest breeze. It made the game interesting and quite fun at times but these are not really wind proof in any sense of the word.
Broke one of my rackets, travelled more in the air like a bouncy ball than a shuttlecock, and doesn't resist air as well as described. On top of that the shuttle broke within 4-5 rallies. wouldn't recommend at all...
The shuttles arrived really quickly in minimum packaging. Good
Shuttles flew well in the wind but 1 broke in the 1st session we used them
There was no wind on the day.
Racket tension up to 20? Well that rules out most badminton rackets of club players higher so not overly impressed with that reply

Because of the materials used to produce the AirShuttle he BWF has placed the durability of the AirShuttle somewhere between that of the indoor nylon and the feather shuttle. They have provided guidelines on best playing conditions to improve durability e.g. maximum wind speeds of 12kph and rackets strung between 17.5 and 20lbs.
Great service and communication with a great product which arrived on time and intact.
