I booked a flight for three online at AirbornTravelers.com I also call Spirit and they said the number was not there’s Account number. They then checked my name and said they seen it but the company did not pay for the flights and they canceled them ……I was never called or Emailed. They gave me a confirmation number and took my money 💰. I called no answer……I got a Recording and left my information, it was Sunday. I waited for my call 📞 I never got it on my Lunch break on Monday I recall and talked to Jason …… he said that he had the wrong phone number? I ask him why he didn’t Email me like he did the confirmation, he got quite. He said I will get my money back in 7-10 business days…….. I received a email saying it would be 2 billing cycles……… I still don’t have my money back $683.40. My trip was in September, 2022 😮😮😮 No matter pay the extra money and go threw the main Airline 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Fraud

Fraud
This company booked my flight for 4 tickets on 7-11-2022, flight was canceled when I phoned Spirit, my card was charged $484 the airline had no knowledge of my flights, and this is 10-27-2022 and l’m still waiting for my $484.00 refund, I had to rebook and pay again,
they send you all the info needed but when you call the Airline which was Spirit they can’t find you in there system, why isn’t Spirit aware of this fraud and warning there customers.
Report them to your credit card company and the FBI Cyber Fraud.

Fraudulent Company "Airborne Travel"

Today October 17, 2022, I made 2 calls to the number listed for customer service for Airborne only because the link in the email showed an error message that went nowhere. These calls were to cancel both flights!
The agent on the first call hung up on me.
The second agent took my booking number and put me on hold for almost 8 mins before they ended the call.
I see they have used a West Jet Logo or one that looks similar so one would not think twice.
I believe this company is fake and fraudulent, tricking people for the purpose of stealing money.
I will call the authorities, the airlines, and BBB to report these incidents.
I/ we know we have been duped and will not see a refund.

Airborne Traveler.com: the epitome of rudeness

I called to book a flight on August 11, 2022 for myself and my wife. Since then I have needed to call regarding some questions about the flight on a few occasions. I was yelled at, hung up on, and told I would need to pay for additional services provided by Airborne Traveler.com. They have to be some of the rudest people I have dealt with. I finally decided to call Spirit Airlines with my questions. They were very polite and patient with me, and answered my questions. I am amazed that Spirit Airlines would allow Airborne Travel to represent them in any way, and I am surprised that Airborne Traveler.com can remain in business after treating customers as rude as they do.

Over seas scammers. More than likely India

If you can give the scammers a zero, I would. Maybe Trust Pilot should allow it, considering this scam operation out of India is ripping off the US and our banks. It is being accomplished in every commerce. Wake up America and the web. When a site is not trusted they should be blocked immediately. That's why the Web 3/ Crypto will finish the criminals in time. It's called tracking and you will never escape it. You will eventually be prosecuted overseas and thrown in prison. Learn how to put food on your table legitamtly. So sad and sick. Shame on you.

Stay far away from this company

I wouldn’t give this company any stars
My trip was confirmed three weeks prior to the day I was supposed to leave and then canceled by the company without notice
If I hadn’t checked my email I would have been sitting at the airport scrambling for a flight
And their going to reimburse me in 4-6 weeks when they’ve been holding my money all ready for three
Worst thing to do to someone

I purchased 3 tickets on April 28th for my mom, sister and niece to fly to New York. They sent a confirmation that tickets were purchased but never received tickets. Went to the airport today to find out flight was canceled. No email. Looked up website to see there is no way to contact anyone. Also found out that no tickets were ever purchased.

They sold me tickets

They sold me tickets, sent confirmation, wait for four months and there were no tickets. When I called them they told me that tickets were “not assigned”. I asked them why they kept my money they told me they were holding it for me. I lost over $2000 because of this unbelievable scam. I was taking my 11 and 13 years old to Peru - they broke my children’s hearts. Fak you airborne travel!!!

Airborne Traveler is a scam

Airborne Traveler is a scam! After booking was done I received email confirmation and Booking #. Next day I received a “congratulations Your eticket is forthcoming.” After a month, when credit card statement arrived it looked a bit odd as well. It did appear to be the Airlines Name but with with a few letters in front. I was charged day of booking.
i waited for eticket. This never came. I assumed it was a glitch. So I made Repeated calls to customer service but after quoting Booking Reference #, I was a hangup. I still arrived at airline with all info in hand, There was no flight booked at all. No record of my name.
The airline was very sympathetic. They explained how the scam works. this company only places a hold on the reservation , copies info like it’s booked. And sends this.
But it’s only a hold, which they let expired 24 hours later. And as such, the reservation is never completed. But your billed.
Determined to get to a family event I was able to rebook (repay) with one seat left and barely made through security on time.

I have contacted My credit card about fraudulent practice and was told they will keep up with the red tape hoping It will get dropped. The conditions (small print) is full of contradictions.
I have been sending emails to them as well. No response.
I am not prepared to let this go. This organization left me in a unacceptable situation.
The Trustpilot post shows I am not the only traveller to be scammed.
