Absolute scam !! They cancelled my flight right after booking it. I turned it over to the fraud department of my credit card company. They actually had the audacity to call and send an email to me that I wasn't being charged a cancellation fee for agreeing with them to cancel my flight !!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY

Complete and total fraud do not go through this company my daughter went through this company and in July and and when it came time for her flight they canceled her flight and said that that airline which was United was not flying that day.. They said that they will offer a refund Which would take 45 days every time we call them it's somebody that does not speak English they hang up on you They tell you that your claim has been processed and and it will be delivered in your bank account 7 to 10 business days.. I had to turn around and buy my daughter and my granddaughter and her and her daddy a plane ticket back to California or no which cost you'd mean additional $1000 So this company has cost me $1700 this is not OK. These online companies are a joke it seems that airborne travel and trip front trip front travel are two of the same company. They have the same phone number . You just never know who you're gonna talk to but it's the same age agents over and over.

Should be a zero star. Total scam. Bought tickets and cancelled within an hour. Said would get refund in 30 days. Three months later now realize it is a scam. They hang up on you when you mention refund. How are they are arrested by now! And how do you report something like this?

Huge scam. They cancel the flight once they book it. When you call back it’s someone who hardly speaks English. Said he could rebook the ticket and I said I wanted a refund. Said it’ll take more than 10 days, I know it’s not coming back. Please do not give them any business, it’s a legitimate scam.

Their customer service is abysmal. They try to get more money from you, and refuse to help and follow the rules and guidelines for airpassengers in canada. Unlike some other reviews I have now read, my flight was booked and there hasn't been any fraudulent charges to my credit card. I did have to contact the flight company directly however to get my issue resolved as the company did change my flight itinerary and did nothing to really resolve the issue.

Three days before my flight, I got an email saying there was a change from the airline resulting in a 21 hour layover. I called customer service.
1st time- the representative stated that there would be an additional fee and then hung up within 30 seconds
2nd and 3rd time was asked to leave my name and number and why I was calling. I never got a call back
4th time I used a different phone and got through- was given the airlines customer service
5th time finally got someone who attempted to help- either I pay $560 (more than my original booking) for a different flight. $160 to get a credit for the flights I booked with. Or accept the 20 hour delay.
I emailed and called to request either a change several more times or to get a letter of authorization to file with the flight company for the compensation Canada put into place. They kept saying we cannot help you and hung up. Several times.
After calling the airline directly to discuss the matter, they finally rescheduled everything basically back to the original flight plan. So tickets were definitely booked- and I was able to get it resolved, but this company and their customer service is horrendous. They definetly just try to get more money from you and do not respect passengers rights.

I purchased a ticket through West Jet Canada to fly from Penticton BC to Calgary, Alberta. The ticket was $483.56 Canadian. It came through my account as $645.27 and marked ETKT West Jet ABT. Upon research I realized that it was a US Company called Airborn Travel under My Flight Search. I called and cancelled the flight and received an email that I would receive a refund in 15 days. I have called every 15 days and I am given the same story you will receive your refund in 15 days. How can this company continue to SCAM people. The reviews seem to indicate this is a SCAM so I want someone of authority to look into this. My name is Alberta Hutchings and my phone number is (587) 778-4602. If you have been SCAMMED let's take some action.

Avoid at all cost. Booked two tickets to fly from Toronto to Halifax. They took our money and then 4 days prior to flight date they sent an email advising that the flights had been cancelled and advised us to make alternate arrangements. Called this outfit and they gave us the runaround about some system glitch and they would issue eTickets in 24hrs. No eTickets issued. Out of pocket $1300.00 with this business.

Scam! They are thieves! Booked a flight and then they cancelled it and I am still fighting with them to get my 510.00 back. They hang up on me they are so rude. How are they still in business?

Booked 2 tickets back in May and was charged an extra $590.00, been calling them weekly and same line you will have your refund in 7-14 days and nothing , sometimes they hang up , put me on hold and line goes dead call back and the same person answers and say he/she checked with there team and I’ll have my refund next week. Total scam I was trying to book with WestJet and go directed to there site

This group is fraudulant. Upon giving my credit card number, my account was charged and I received an email "confirming" my booking (but not the etickets). After several days I phoned and was told my flight had one stop with a long layover (airline does not go to the city claimed as the "1 stop"). Then was told I was not being put on the airline I "booked" with, but they could cancel my initial booking for a different date (same price, different airline) just pay the amount again and my original payment would be refunded in 20-28 days. This bait and switch was becoming all too obvious. If I requested them to just cancel the booking, I was told they would charge me another $500 and see my refund in..yes 30 days give or take. Person spoke poor English, was surly, regularly hung up on me then later called back (from an LA number) claiming phone company issues. Their web page for checking on your booking was always "closed down for maintenance".

Got jerked around a lot and it became very obvious this is not a legitimate travel agency. They must have called me 20 times after I refused to pay the $500 cancellation fee. Used spoofed phone numbers from LA and Las Vegas. Like others I have read, have no idea how I got on their website as I was trying to go to my airline site directly. Pretty clear they do not book you on your flight and they do not refund anything taken from you. Fair to assume the 11 "excellent" ratings here are all plants;

This people are thieves I booked a flight and I cancelled it immediately and they sent an email that I will receive my money in full and up till now I haven’t still seen my money it’s been over five months anytime I call they keep telling me the same thing that it will be processed under 14 days… please if you have a means on how we can all get our money back please inform… this people are just so useless

Pure scam. Thieves! This rating is actually a zero star. Lost $700 but was quick enough to cancel my card so no other charges. Just get a runaround from these parasites. They latch on to an airline site and rip you off.

I cancelled my flight within the allowable time and still after more than two months, my credit card has not been credited.

I have been waiting 8 weeks for my refund. How stupid of me. Please DO NOT use this site!!

Company is a scam (Is there not an option for ZERO stars?) These people, whoever they are, are CRIMINALS!! I had booked thru them in March 2022, they cancelled my flights early April. This is So awful! I had to rebuy entire trip! that turned out really EXPENSIVE for me due to last minute purchase. I have called them so many times! I have emailed so many times. It is now August! What can I do? I was told that I would get my refund back in 28 business days and I still haven’t received my refund yet. I need advice on how to deal with this fake company. I basically want my money back. Airborne has not reimbursed me the US$630.28 they owe me [Thats Canadian $ CAD 826.47]. DO NOT EVER use this service!!!!!

I have been calling this agency for the last 3 months for my refund and still didn’t give my my money back. Every time I mentioned the word refund they will hang up on me right away. Then I will call them again they put me on hold and suddenly they line got disconnected. I will call again, I tell them the reason of my call then I got hanged up again. They are so terrible. They can’t give me an answer on when to refund my money. DO NOT, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE IN dealing with this third company. They are definitely a THIEF.

I was hopeful I would get a refund (since May 1) but after reading all these comments, my hope just went out the window.

Who has ever heard of having to be at check in at airport 4 hours before your domestic flight? (We were never told on ticket or by anyone). We were supposed to read their minds I guess.

They said We were categorized as 'missed our flight' even though we were there an hour before, AND no refund on tickets! Next flight middle of night tonight with high extra charge.
We have flown so many times with no rules like this one.

Oh my god we are livid! Drove to Oakland airport at 2 am, been awake for the past 24 hours! Only to hear we were late for check in! Lost our hotel reservation, rental car all because we weren t at airport 4 hours before check in! Been on phone with everyone and their grandmother complaing with no resolution. What else can I do?

Someone brought two tickets under my name and a resort up grade emails go un answered their phone is disconnected Do not use these people they are scam artist working with others like Jacqueline Campbell

This is worst experience I ever had with a travel company..Had to threaten to sue to get tickets..then was left a airport with bogus tickets..had to pay to return home..I hope this company is held responsible for canceling and holding funds has to illegal.
