I got the money, but it's not a transparent service

The good thing: The company won the case and I got the money back.
The bad thing: It's not very transparent. They not advertise their take rate clearly, it's buried in the FAQs and it's conditional. If it goes to court it's a very high 45%. Which hit me.
They never tell you how much you are actually going to get - even at the last stage they just tell you: we've won, give us the account number to transfer the money, but how much you're going to get it's a surprise.

Succeeded where others failed

I first tried going direct to the company, then going through AirHelp. In both cases, TAP provided an obviously BS excuse about a strike that had been called off a week earlier. While AirHelp just accepted that and dropped my claim, AirCashBack went all the way and got me the compensation without any effort on my part. I was sceptical at first, given the smaller footprint, but thoroughly impressed with the outcome.

Excellent service

I only filled in the online form and they took care of the rest and kept me informed of the process. I received a very good compensation for a delay of a few hours which I honestly wasn't expecting.

Our flight was delayed by one day due…

Our flight was delayed by one day due to a late connection.
We sent the flight details to Aircashback and they managed everything on our behalf.
Approximately 2 months later we received directly a refund for 50% of the total amount of the flight tickets. In other words, we received a 50% refund for a one day delay which is a great deal. And Aircashback organized everything from A to Z! I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks again to the whole team!

They lost the simplest case

I really wish I had engaged with a different company. Due to delay of the first leg of the flight I missed the connection and was not offered an alternative flight by PLL LOT. I was forced to take a train and arrived at my destination 12 hours later than expected. Simple case yet lost by AirCashBack. Such a waste of time and opportunity to make the the airline pay for their poor service and misleading the customers.

Dear Maria, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the service provided by our company. We have carefully reviewed your case and cannot agree with your negative review. In order to clarify the situation, we have tried to contact yo by phone and email, with no success.
Please be informed that your case has been taken to court as there was no response from the carrier to the payment demand sent by AirCashBack. Following AirCashBack's action, the Court issued an order for payment.
Unfortunately, the airline filed an objection, presenting evidence from its, internal systems, which the Court found credible. After a detailed analysis of the documents and evidence presented by the defendant, AirCashBack's lawyers decided to appeal.
The arguments raised by the airline were unreasonable.
The evidence as well as the carrier's conclusions were challenged by us as not credible and only visible in the airline's internal systems. Unfortunately, the Court of Second Instance upheld the judgment. In this case, we do not have the possibility to continue the proceedings, as the judgment of the Court of Second Instance is a final judgment.
We made every effort and took all possible steps that should lead to a successful conclusion of the case. Unfortunately, the Court found that, according to the evidence presented by the carrier (which AirCashBack disputed) you had cancelled the replacement flight and therefore no compensation was due.
We are very sorry that despite our full commitment the case did not reach a successful conclusion. We always do our utmost to win a claim, and in this case we were also convinced that there were enough evidence to do so.
Please note that all claims incure costs on the part of AirCashBack, which is why we are determined to achieve a positive outcome.
Nevertheless, should you have problems with your flights in the future, we encourage you to use our services again.

Solved case

I've submitted a case about a flight in 2022. And after almost 2 years I've received compensation. The process is not fast. But it is worth it. Do not hesitate to use this service. It is my second case which was resolved.
