AirCashBack got the compensation I was entitled to. I could not have managed it myself. The case took over a year, but that is to be expected.

Aircashback was the only one who accepted my case against ryanair for a delay of 3h, and thanks to them after almost 2 years they got the rightful compensation! I received my compensation within 5 months of submitting my claim. Easy process, efficient contact by email, explanation step by step and updates on case. Would highly recommend and if I would have any further issue with the flights will definitely use them again.

Compensation was paid after 1 year and 3 months. The contact with the company is good, they respond to emails. I got even more compensation than my fiancé, he contacted a different company :)

I had given up on getting any airfare refunded for cancelled flights during the pandemic. A friend recommended AirCashBack, so I figured, why not? I had nothing to lose. Unfortunately final closure of our case was with one year of delay. I send email with reminder and company inform me there were waiting for account number.
Surprisingly there were no contact on my email for one year. Feeling was that they hoped we will forget, or maybe it’s just weak process.
It’s a pitty. I don’t recommend.

I highly recommend AirCashBack. They obtained 600 euros in compensation for a delayed flight. I did not have to pay anything, the commissions were taken after the end of the case.
