Recommend without hesitation

AirPeople have looked after my Airbnb and the difference a good management company makes is obvious. I am hands off but as involved as I want to be, and it has been a real weight off my mind to know the property is in good hands. I trust them completely.

What stands out first is the results. I had worried that handing over to a management company and paying fees would eat into my income, but the opposite has happened. Bookings and income are up significantly, down to their local knowledge and strong reputation across the booking platforms. Even after their fees, my own profits have gone up.

They are experienced and it shows in the detail. The guest experience is carefully managed and the feedback reflects that. They list across multiple platforms and have built genuine relationships with local organisations who book stays, which has opened up demand I would never have found on my own.

They also look after the property itself to a high standard, with a good maintenance and cleaning team behind them. They manage the place like their own.

On the rare occasions something needs handling, they handle it. Difficult guests have been dealt with without ever bothering me, and when they do check something with me, they come with solutions rather than problems.

That is why I would recommend them without hesitation.

Thank you

Thank you, Airpeople, for your time that you put into my property and for keeping me informed about any problems that arise. Whenever I return to the house everything is great, and you always fit in with my visits. We are a year on and everything is running smoothly. Keep up the good work. Thanks 😊

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. We had 2 meetings with Brett and Victoria where they were keen to manage and let our home out over the holidays. The minute we questioned whether the proposed set-up fee was necessary as we had provided professional photos ourselves, they decided to cancel the agreement to work together and left us in the lurch. It was handled unprofessionally and immaturely and I'm extremely disappointed.

We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed, Chloe.

Following our initial meetings and further consideration, we ultimately decided that the proposed arrangement was not the right fit for our business model and the way we work with property owners.

Whilst we appreciate your frustration, we never actually went on to manage the property, and we genuinely did not intend for you to feel unsupported or let down by our decision. We’re sorry that this was your experience.

We wish you all the very best in finding the right management solution for your beautiful home.
