Avoid this bait and switch scam!

Scam, stay away. I saw this company mentioned on a reddit forum and decided to give them a try. The website was sketchy and I should have known better. After inputting my pickup and drop off location, it quoted me a reasonable price on par with other services. I accepted and paid with credit card. No email conformation received. I called and they said my location was actually 75pounds more expensive! Bait and switch. Not sure if they are real. I told them to cancel and refund me right away and she said it would be 5-7 days. Then she argued with me about it. I am contacting my bank immediately to report them.
