Ir was an excellent experience. Initially, the tracking messengers were a little confusing, but they arrived perfectly within the proposed time frame, and they were very responsable which our luggage. They notified us when Lufthansa had them and provided the trucking number. It arrived at destination perflecty, allowing us to travel light to de airport. Thank you very much. We gonna used this service again

A great experience
A great experience, especially if you have a physical disability. The driver picked up my luggage in London on time and reliably. From that point on, I was able to track everything. I was skeptical about whether it would all work out. But when I landed in Munich, my luggage was there too. It’s a service I wish every airport offered. I have a physical disability and use a medical aid. Not having to worry about your luggage is a huge relief. Hopefully, this service will be available soon at my home airport in Munich as well.
