I have been travelling with your airport transfer service in Turkey for the 7th time, and I would like to express my appreciation.
This time, after I had already booked my transfer, my airline unexpectedly moved my flight two hours earlier. I was extremely stressed because I knew that changing a booking less than 24 hours before departure can be difficult!
I was therefore very relieved to receive your confirmation during the night, and the next morning everything had been rearranged so that the driver arrived two hours earlier. I understand that this last-minute change must have been stressful for everyone involved, but thanks to your team everything worked out perfectly.

A huge thank you to your customer support team and to the driver for making this possible. Your service is one of the reasons I keep choosing your company whenever I travel to Turkey.
As I have now used your service seven times, I was wondering whether you have a loyalty programme, a customer profile, or any benefits for returning customers. Is there perhaps a possibility of receiving a discount or another loyalty reward for my next booking?

Driver was on time, in fact early, courteous and so friendly.

I was very happy with the service I received I got a text msg a day before telling me that my transfer vehicle would be waiting for me and where I had to go along with a phone number if I had any problems the driver was lovely and greeted us with a smile and helped us load our luggage and on the last day of our holiday we got a msg again the day before telling us who our driver would be and where he would come we then got a direct msg from the driver telling us his name and car number plate driver was very nice and polite
I have to say I felt very safe traveling with my family especially as both of my transfers were very late in the night I definitely recommend and I know I will be using their services again .

Easy and hassle free service. No hold ups at all, an absolute seamless and perfect process at a bargain price. The vehicle was spacious, luxurious and clean and the driver George was amazing he picked us up for the arrival and the departure and he was absolutely brilliant, lifted all the cases into the minibus, very chatty and efficient. On the arrival leg of the service he offered information and recommended a number of places we should visit whilst in Crete, George is an asset to the business. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone visiting the island. A++++++

Booking process was very easy and being able to adjust your booking up until 24 hours before was a great. When we arrived at the airport there was great communication from drivers to us via WhatsApp for pickup and collection. It was very reasonably priced service and got us to where we needed to be on time. I always had confidence that the drivers would be there as per the booking. Great service for anyone travelling.

I wish I wouldn't give any star!! The driver never showed up,we called the call centre twice, they said they couldn't locate the driver! On WhatsApp, their response was "get a local taxi"!! Unbelievable! We paid in advance as well!! Horrible service, AVOID!!

All you want when you arrive or leave for the airport is clear communication, direct contact and to be on time and this delivered on all

The driver was very friendly. I got his contact details before and could coordinate everything with him regarding the pickup. The car was great and because of the heat the driver kindly had water bottles for me. Great service

Neither got a booking confirmation email nor a cancellation confirmation/refund.

The driver was fantastic and very personable, but he was not given correct information as to where we were to be picked up. He was given Ocean Terminal not Queen Elizibeth Terminal. He would not have found us if we had not had a myfi. He called me on WhatsApp. His boss messed up. There was very clear information in my booking that we were coming in on the Queen Mary.

The whole process was excellent despite a flight delayed for over an hour the driver was helpful and my wheel chair was accommodated with no issues whatsoever

Excellent service, prompt, on time, polite and very helpful especially at Palma airport where is it notoriously busy! Huge weight lifted off the start and end of our holiday with 3 children to just jump straight into an aircon taxi instead of the stress of a hire car. Thankyou!

Our experience was fantastic from arriving pick up was on time, large vehicles so no concern for space, friendly driver, we were met with much the same friendliness on our return transfer. Highly recommended service. I will be using this again for sure

I cannot fault the excellent service provided

We got held up at the airport on arrival. I called the emergency contact number and we had a driver within 15 minutes. The driver was driving at 140km/hr at times which was uncomfortable and then the vehicles fuel light came on. We got to our destination safe and sound which was all we wanted.
Our return taxi was on time and couldn’t fault that service.

The driver Carlos was very professional and friendly, baby seat provided at no added cost and bottled water for the trip Faro Airport to Islantilla

We used them many times all over Europe. Drivers are prompt and polite, cars are clean. Overall excellent service.
