Airsoftmania was born from a passion for airsoft dating back to thirty years ago, at the end of the 80s. It was in fact 1989 when a young director of Airsoftmania started playing airsoft with a few crazy friends.
Since then millions of pellets have been fired, many games have been played throughout Europe and a long way and many experiences have been made in the airsoft industry.
Over the years we have created brands, invented new products, opened stores, we have been distributors of important brands such as G&G, Maxpedition, ASG and Viper Tactical. We have opened a large arena and organized hundreds of tournaments and among these also Exposoftair an airsoft fair with international participants and sponsors.
Airsoftmania, born in 2020 in full pandemic crisis, represents the synthesis of all this experience and all these years of play.

Fast and friendly customer service
After creating my account i got 5% voucher but only saw it after making my first order. After a short message they let me change my initial order and apply the voucher.
When my order arrived my replic should have included MOSFET, but this wasnt the case due to a mistake on the description. After writing a short message I got the option to switch to the replic with MOSFET or i could get the MOSFET chip itself (without additional costs). The Service is very fast, friendly and courteous. Definitely recommended

I checked your tracking and your order has been in England for several days already. UPS will probably deliver in the next few days but we have already contacted the courier company to ask them for an explanation. Unfortunately delays sometimes occur during customs clearance, we will try to find out what the reason is as we have provided all the necessary documentation.

I am sorry you had a negative experience but we thank you for sharing it with us. I actually found an email from you a couple of days ago that we didn't reply to, we apologise for that.
I had a look at the tracking and indeed the shipment is returning to Italy after one or two delivery attempts to your address.
As soon as we receive the shipment we will immediately resend it to you with Fedex or UPS.
Unfortunately we cannot send you back the same products you ordered now because they are sold out, so we have to wait for the shipment to return to the sender.
Delivery has been rescheduled 3 times…

I regret the long wait for delivery of the product. We dispatched your order quite quickly but I see that UPS, for reasons that have not been communicated to us, is taking a long time to deliver. We have already contacted the courier company and hope that your order can be delivered quickly.
Awful customer service
I placed my order over a week ago and ups require extra documents to be able to send it. On their website they state this is normally done within 48 hours, it’s been well over that and I haven’t had any contact from them regarding the issue despite me reaching out multiple times. Shocking customer service, if it goes on much longer without any contact I’ll be looking to get my money back through PayPal.

Very very slow korrespondance, but recommended anyway
This is the second time i have bougth items from your shop. The first time i had a not so great experience. Items didnt show up, a very very slow korrespondance, that alle made me think that it was lost money. But ultemately, i did get my money return, and the service was all in all okay - thus the slow responds.
To be honest, i only made another purchase, because this shop is the only one where the items wasnt sold out.
The second purchase did go as planed. Items arrived as axpected, and look new as well as it works as it should.
4 stars, because of the very very slow korrespondance. Items is as expected.

I’ve sent multiple emails to Airsoft Mania about my order, never reached me back. Lack of communication, order has never been sent. Been waiting for almost 2 months now! Sorry but I seriously don’t recommend this site.

Sorry about the shipping delay, we shipped your order a few days later but for some reason UPS held your order. This usually happens because part of the documentation is missing or because UPS cannot get in touch with the recipient.
We have asked UPS for explanations on more than one occasion but have never received a precise answer unfortunately. I have checked the status of your shipment and it looks like it will be delivered tomorrow.
