Airsoftmania was born from a passion for airsoft dating back to thirty years ago, at the end of the 80s. It was in fact 1989 when a young director of Airsoftmania started playing airsoft with a few crazy friends.
Since then millions of pellets have been fired, many games have been played throughout Europe and a long way and many experiences have been made in the airsoft industry.
Over the years we have created brands, invented new products, opened stores, we have been distributors of important brands such as G&G, Maxpedition, ASG and Viper Tactical. We have opened a large arena and organized hundreds of tournaments and among these also Exposoftair an airsoft fair with international participants and sponsors.
Airsoftmania, born in 2020 in full pandemic crisis, represents the synthesis of all this experience and all these years of play.

The communication in english or german…
The communication in english or german via e-mail was not sufficient. The question wether an original spring would be provided was not understood. The airsoft gun has apparently not been downgraded as per regulations. No notice was given about sending the item, ist just arrived about two weeks after I ordered it. So no tracking was provided. Other than that, I´m happy about the airsoft gun.

UPS delivery 4-5 day delivery
I ordered UPS delivery 4-5 day...it's now 4 weeks,I have mailed Airsoft mania several times and had no response. Canceling the payment and shopping else where.

I still would not recommend to anyone.Long postal delay which was blamed on the courier.This was not the case.the paperwork for the item was wrong shop's fault.also when I enquired there was no response also shops fault.Since my experience I've also checked other reviews and this seems to be a common problem.
Not a good buying experience.

The order was very late
The order was very late. When i asked for it they gave me a track and trace that did not work twice. Then I finally got my order. And I was missing 2000 bb’s.
When I asked about it they say they will return my money for the missing product. I asked if they can sent me the missing product but they don’t have it anymore. On there website it says they still have it. I have not heard from them since.

A very very slow process of shipping to…
A very very slow process of shipping to the UK and then very slow out of customs UK, thought the customs tax was excessive too, when PKM machine gun arrived the box was badly damaged, on opening the box the weapon was damaged on the wooden stock, it had obviously been taken out and inspected then damaged, I spent time filling the stock with wood wax, we haven't tried to fire it yet so we don't know if it is broken, it also came with NO INSTRUCTIONS, I did contact Airsoft Mania but got no reply so I am looking around for instructions on the Internet.
Would I buy from Airsoft Mania again?....DEFINITELY NOT.
