The worst service from airtel and their service persons. Ive taken a premium plan with 100 mbps. They don't care what plan you have taken once you took it. After payment your agents told me "this package not available in your location". Your agent don't told me before payment "its not sute your location" he told me "its available to your location" but now he told don't available in my location. Stay away ftom Airtel
Airtel was advertised with claims of "best network coverage," "fast internet," and who knows what else. The fact is, during my 3 1/2-week vacation in India, I could only access the internet very rarely. A fellow traveler used "Jio" and had internet access at all times. I had my number for over 15 years. My wife went into a store and they conned her to port both her and my number into 1 plan. For years my number was under her plan.
I had my number under safe custody as i was abroad
One month they overcharged me for something so we diaputed it and they were getting that processed. While it was in process they ported my out to somone else because the safe custody amt was not paid while the bill was in dispute.
There was no intimation from Airtel that ur number has been released in the open market or anything.
So i lost my no twice without my autorization Airtel moves it around. Luckily first time it was in the family.

Each month for around 1-2 weeks I had no network connection and this happend for staight 6 months.We called Artiel and everyday they kept telling that someone will come to fix the issue but no sight of anyone at all. Moreover that they blamed the custumor for not being avaliable for them to come fix the issue. Its a 5 minute work not a huge procces that too. If no one is available to fix the isuue we would have some clarity on what we should do bit they keep telling someone will come but no one does. It wastes our time when we are pateintly waiting to. "Main Airtel ki sales team se pichle 4 mahino se lagatar aa rahi spam calls se behad pareshan hoon. Har baar call par mujhe naya Wi-Fi connection lene ke liye force kiya jata hai. Maine kam se kam 20 baar unhe request ki hai ki mera number apni database se hata dein (Delete kar dein), aur har baar agent jhooth bolta hai ki 'Sir, humne update kar diya hai.'
Lekin agle hi din phir wahi call shuru ho jati hai. Ye seedha-seedha Privacy ka violation aur Customer Harassment hai. Ek itni badi company hone ke baad bhi inka internal system itna bekar hai ki ye ek request ko 4 mahine mein process nahi kar paaye.
Agar ye calls turant band nahi hui, toh main TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) aur National Consumer Helpline mein formal complaint darj karunga. Ye koi tarika nahi hai business karne ka. Stop spamming me!

I recently recharged my prepaid Airtel number with ₹379, under which I received a complimentary Google One subscription (30 GB for 1 month). However, I am facing a serious issue while trying to upgrade this subscription to 100 GB.
When I attempt to upgrade, I am redirected to Airtel. On visiting Airtel’s official FAQ, it clearly states that to upgrade or change the Google One plan, Airtel customer care must cancel the existing subscription, after which I can directly subscribe via Google. Based on this, I visited the Airtel Gallery, but shockingly, they were completely unable to assist me.
This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I am now stuck between Airtel and Google with no resolution, despite following the exact steps mentioned by Airtel itself.
I am therefore clearly requesting you to immediately cancel my existing Google One subscription, so that I can upgrade to a suitable plan without further delay. This issue is directly affecting my work, as all my important data is linked to my Google account.
If Airtel is unable to resolve such a basic service issue, I will be left with no choice but to port my Airtel number to Jio immediately. I did not expect this level of inconvenience from a brand like Airtel.
I have attached the required proofs along with screenshots of the Airtel FAQ for your reference. Please treat this matter as urgent and high priority and provide a resolution at the earliest.
