Great customer service…
I had issues with the first mobile ozone machine sent. Sent an email to customer support and they were helpful. The company was quick to send another unit free of charge. Received the new mobile ozone and so far so good! I purchased the open box for a great price.

Customer and tech support are fabulous!
Customer and tech support are fantastic! After several years of heavy use, including through some construction, one of my air purifiers started to have issues. We had several back-and-forth emails as the staff in customer and tech support helped me troubleshoot the issue. I love that we were able to to come up with a resolution remotely. It took a bit of time, but we didn't waste money and fuel shipping the unit back and forth, and they were willing to work on it instead of just suggesting a put this one in the landfill and buy a replacement. I'm still using the unit.
The Best customer support
The Best customer support, period. I own 5 Airthereal air purifiers. Last week, my Roomba yanked the cord on a APH380. I thought a simple power cord replacement would fix it. Airthereal sent me a power cord, but it turned out the damage was more than the cord. The Roomba managed to make the electrical port on the bottom loose. So, I sent Airthereal an email.
This isn’t Airthereal’s problem, at all, and yet they replaced the entire air purifier at no cost. I had a new unit in less than 1 day!
What! Who does that! That’s going above and beyond.
The AGH380s are in my larger spaces and the APH260s are in bedrooms. I load medical-grade H13 HEPAs into each—super clean air. Began using them in 2019 and now I won’t consider using any other brand. Thank you to Laura and Nicole
Review of 5-purifiers 2-Flame Diffusers & 1-Ozone over 6+ years
Owner of about 5 air purifiers, 2 flame diffusers, and 1 ozone machine... I have used Airthereal air purifiers for years - thru over 6 years of dialysis at home to help keep the air around my machine as fresh as possible (I have multiple pets) - as well as during the begging of covid and beyond, and have YET to get covid (knock wood!).. Having a transplant and being immunocompromised their products have not failed me except one had lights go out and the company was quick to help me test the product and determine if I needed a replacement. This past year we purchased two flame diffusers(plus aromatherapy kits) and an ozone machine. The flame humidifier power connection point rusted and caused it to no longer work within just a few months of 3x/week use, and again, they were quick to replace it. I have been happy to deal with their customer service and development team to date. I've lost count of how many years that's been :0) The purifiers have been easy to clean and easy to change filters, even with multiple pets, they are still going strong.
The worst company to buy from!
The worst company to buy from! Hassle after hassle, returning a malfunctioned air purifier, less than a month old! Customer service finally agreed to take the unit back, after ridiculous emails back and forth! We waited for the return label, we finally received that, and shipped it out. In and email, they said they would send us a new unit ... then canceled that promise as a "refund" instead, when they receive the unit back. They received the unit and NEVER refunded our money we asked over and over for that refund, every excuse given, we had to wait 2-4 days for their bank to process...that was last month in February which never transpired! We had to file a claim with our bank to get that money back which we did! This company has NO integrity and does not take care of their customers with out "hassles". Beware before purchasing!

Excellent customer service, if all companies were this good at it would be in better place.had rubberized pads on bottom of ozone unit were disintegrating, one email and I had shipment coming over from manufacturer.in second instance, timer ozone unit broke off, one call and customer service, Laura, arrange replacement shipped to me straight from factory.

I have been a customer with Airthereal for about 5 years now. I Actually won an aromatherapy defuser. It’s been a little under a year now. I had a problem with it when I turned it on it would shut off Immediately. Texted a message to customer service and Terry was the person who responded to me. To my amazement she had solved the problem very professionally. The company sent a new one. I send a video of what was happening. No problems no hassles I love this company. I have 5 Purifers, 3 ozone machines and 1 aromatherapy diffuser. After dealing with a company as good as they are I will never go anywhere else. Customer Service is outrages. There machines are top notch. I run my purifiers
24/7. I have COPD these machines have actually saved me from going on oxygen until now. They keep the dust down and purify the air like no other. I’m talking about five years. in this day and age companies don’t care if they lose your business. This company treats you like your family. I have never had any problem with them. There customers service out beats any other company I have dealt with. I am 72 years old. I have dealt with all kinds of companies and never seen anything like this. I feel blessed.
