My dealings wiht Hank were ver professional. He was patient and made an effort to assist me with what had to be done to properly process my preferred reservations. We both had to deal with problems with my credit card accepting payment of the flight charges and ancillary charges. The problem was caused by my bank not having activated my crdityh card as i was told had happened earlier this day. Following activation of the card, problems persisted preventing me from completing payment of the tax ancillary charges associated with the reservations. Hank was very patient with me despite my rapidly eroding patience with the bank cause problems and other difficulties associated with our completion of this booking. Hopufully, we will be able to complete this reservation tomorrow when I expect to be called by Hank to finish the process.
