We recently got tickets booked for our family trip and they were very professional and helpful!

Malcolm was super helpful and informative. He was able to accommodate our changes to our travel itinerary and made sure everything went smoothly.

Only way for this place to improve is to be shut down for scamming ppl and every worker thrown in jail for frauding ppl don't ever use this site for nothing

Repeatedly stated they were the only way to book now for Porter by phone. Did not disclose any fees. Repeatedly stated full refund and no additional charges if unsatisfied. Took more than 45 minutes with several repeats and holds at which time I stated I wanted to disengage. Assured full refund and no additional charges but charged 2x for 1 ticket with the non ticket charge being 150% of the refunded ticket. In trying to call back to resolve all phone numbers disconnect now after 2 rings.

After multiple calls and unreturned emails my bank has confirmed an almost full refund. Won't make this mistake again but wanting to acknowledge resolution

This place is a scam. They don't divulge their names, and over charge exorbitant fees. They charged us $928 bucks to go online to Alaska Airlines and book 5 tickets for us we should have just scheduled ourselves. Then they charged us another $128 for an additional ticket. When asking for a refund, they promised one they never sent. When I called back to address the issues, they hung up on me. A complete scam! Just book your own flights online and you'll save $1k an hour!

We booked a vacation package to Vancouver from the US and got in touch with one of Air Ticket Pro's agents on the call.
They not only provided us with Non-stop flights but also offered a great hotel in Vancouver in a perfect location. This was our first trip to Vancouver and the agent went beyond our expectations to help out in booking this package.

Will definitely recommend their services.

They charge you more than what you signed for. I had to call so many times and never got back my money!! Don’t waste your time and don’t trust them.
