This place is horrible, they took my money 3 months ago and keep saying they are having shipping problems, pretty sure I am not getting any thing, I reported to the BBB and they said the company is closed.
Slow shipping, no customer service
Took 6 weeks before I got the pillow. Doesn't fit right, too high and long for my short body... I'm 5'1". I've been emailing them for 2 weeks to find out how to return and get full refund! No response! Trying to contact again today! No phone number anywhere to call! So much for their 120 day return policy! No customer service at all!

Absolutely horrible. Do not buy anything from those site. Never got my pillows and was charged 89.99. I used PayPal and all of a sudden was getting charged for some random free shipping service that I never agreed to Got pay pal involved but still only was reimbursed for half the amount and no pillows. I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered mid November and there was never a tracking update. The company refused to cancel. They offered a partial refund. I filed a dispute with PayPal and my bank. Finally in the later part of January, with still no movement on tracking or an ETA, I was able to get a refund. Yesterday it randomly showed up. It had a horrible plastic odor & looks nothing like the original advertisement. Total scam company.

I have repeatedly tried to cancel this order and requested a refund. It is hard to get a response and multiple “ names” have been used on the different emails. I just want to receive my full refund of $68.98 and move on.
This was their response today. Basically I can’t get a full refund unless I return the pillow should it ever show up! Or I can choose to give them money less a discount for an item I have not received! Insane!

It is so very sad that this company scams people who are excited to stumble upon real hope for better sleep. Do not let their website fool you. They went a long way to make their website look legitimate, my guess is they used AI to generate it all, including the “hundreds of positive reviews”. Please do not fall for this.
Ordered in mid-December with the 5-day shipping promise and it is now February with no shipping or tracking updates. They gave me the same run around they gave everyone else — that they would look into my order and then that it was shipping, and then offering 20% refund despite me begging for a full refund. But alas, no 20% refund either.
Absolutely disgusting how much money they undoubtedly make off of all of us. I don’t know how they get away with it.

The tracking number was issued on the 10th but continues to this day to say a label has been created and doesn’t show any movement. Tried to receive refund but they only want to give me 85% back. Now not returning emails. Be cautious with this company.

No tracking, “long delay”
As with what looks like many, I have yet to receive the pillow I ordered 12/24. No tracking ever. Sent an email 1/12 asking about where the order was and response was increased holiday volume, delivery in 5-10 days. Assure you it’s not lost but being packaged and on its way. Today I get another email after asking for refund and contacting my credit card. Basically same response on volume delay, “young company not expecting such attention,” also telling me they’d give a partial refund if I’d like. No, I want the full refund. I’ll talk with my cc.

No actual phone number to call and ask a question or get tracking information or anything regarding order. They want you to download an app and still can’t track it because it shows still not shipped. I’ve left numerous messages for someone to notify where my pillow actually is and I got 1 response, 2 weeks ago, saying it should arrive in 3-5 business days! What a joke! I’m beginning to wonder if I’m ever going to see it at all? I’ll never order from here again!
