A GREEDY SHELL CORPORATION. They act subservient but will not issue refunds when the app goes pear-shaped. The company has only one purpose, i.e. to get as much of YOUR money in THEIR coffers and to waste your time till you give up. These are the capitalist sodomites you've read so much about and are run by the Epstein Class of businessmen.

Thieves. Pure and simple. Their programme didn't function the way it was supposed to so I requested a refund after deleting the app and having my son retrieve my photos off the iPhone. They wanted me to re-install this rubbish so they could issue a refund. I refused not wanting to give them an opportunity to charge my account again. They refused to issue ANY refund until I jumped through all their ridiculous hoops. A true company of villains. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

This is not the first time I've needed to unlock an iOS device. I have used other software over the years. This time I had a stubborn iPhone 15 Pro that belonged to me, but was used by an employee who had her own unlock code. She was terminated and refused to give us the unlock. We found Aiseesoft Studio on line and decided to give it a shot. At first, I was unable to get the software to recognize this phone. I'd plug in my 17 Pro and it found it right away. A simple restart of my Mac and then Recovery Mode start up for the 15 Pro and Boom......Worked EXACTLY as Described. Will upgrade to Lifetime use. WELL worth it !

I purchased Aiseesoft Mac Screen Recorder. I was having a strange problem saving movies on my Mac. The support team tried to help me with various tips and tricks, but somehow it didn't work. Finally, they specially programmed a new beta version and now it works perfectly. That's what I call 5-star support.

Best software ..I like it ..and very helpful service team

this software is useless, dont waste your money and time. I have video files that I recovered from a quick format and this couldnt fix a single one of them. I tried on a couple older videos that would show artifacts or had sound issues. Used a perfect copy of the same damn video and this worthless crap program couldnt even fix that. Hot Garbage is more useful

Aiseesoft Video Converter Ultimate - this is a program really worth recommending!

I have been using Aiseesoft total video converter ultimate for several years. The software has done wonders in converting various formats to MP4 which I can easily play on my various devices. I recently needed the login reset as I had changed major components on my PC. Aiseesoft responded within 24 hours over the Christmas holidays and reset my login. Everything now again functions smoothly. Excellent service and very useful and stable software.

Checked Apple support before paying for one of their apps. The iPad reset and backup features I was looking for are available through free Apple software. They wanted me to pay $60 subscription to access the same functionality.

It makes me think they are selling fancy UI to people who don't realize the services are included with their OS. Do research into other options before paying them.

I paid for Aiseesoft Android Unlocker when my Google Pixel stopped accepting the PIN. Advice from forums was that factory reset was the only option so I tried this program. Literally all it did was guide me through the steps to do a factory reset, which I already knew how to do! So it kind of worked but was a complete waste of money so I have asked for a refund. Based on other reviews it seems I'm unlikely to get it but we'll see.

I have been a happy user of Aiseesoft Mac Screen Recorder for over 6 years. Great software, easy to use, user friendly interface. Just as important as software performance is customer service - I asked for customer service help twice: once when I moved to my new Mac and recently when I had a question regarding making copy of the video chat. In both cases my issues were resolved within 1 day, thanks! I recommend Aiseesoft Mac Screen Recorder 100% without any hesitation. Thanks!

This is useless! I downloaded it to unlock an old phone and I can't remember the password.
First step is turn off phone.
Phone requires password to turn it off.

My most recent purchase was Aiseesoft Video Converter Ultimate for MacOS, which initially didn’t support the M4 chip as advertised, but the tech team quickly fixed it with a new version. The software works exactly as promised, and if I could give the support team 10 stars, I absolutely would.

Without question or reservation, Aiseesoft is one of the best I've experienced in terms of professionalism; communication; troubleshooting assistance; and performance results. This, unlike many of the software/app providers I've dealt with in the past. Aiseesoft's PDF Converter Ultimate is extremely user-friendly; diverse; and reliable in converting many formats. Very cost effective with a provision for multiple PC's/Laptops. A true winner!
