The overall experience has been extremely disappointing. The so-called “AI Chatbot” is nothing more than a set of rigid, templated responses and cannot genuinely be considered AI-driven. There is no real intelligence or adaptability in the system. Implementation was entirely left to us—we had to configure the workflows on our own by watching a series of videos, and when questions arose, there was no support available to assist us. Messages and inquiries went unanswered. We were explicitly told that a Relationship Manager would be assigned even under a prepaid 3-month plan, but this never happened. This was a clear misrepresentation.
Overall, the software is poorly supported, misleadingly marketed, and not fit for businesses expecting a functional AI solution. Prospective users should proceed with caution before committing time or money to this platform.
Stay away from AiSensy
Stay away from AiSensy! This company is a complete scam. I paid over $150 for a subscription and conversation credits, but the software never worked. Even though I consumed 0 credits, they flatly refused to issue a refund, blatantly ignoring their own refund policy (Section 4) and breaking written promises made by their support staff in the chat.
The onboarding process is a trap: They offer 'temporary numbers' that they know will be rejected by Meta’s policies, and then they blame the customer for the failure. Instead of solving the issue, they try to force you into more costs and technical work.
I only recovered my money because I filed a fraud report and a Visa chargeback through my bank.
If you value your money and your time, do not use this service. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and their software is not fit for purpose. 0/5 stars.

I usually don’t post complaints online, but after months of silence, bugs, and false promises — I feel I have no other choice.
I purchased a 1-year subscription to AiSensy expecting a professional, reliable WhatsApp Business platform. Instead, what I’ve received is a broken system and non-existent customer support.
Let me share my experience clearly 👇
For the last 6 months, I’ve spent 4 months just reporting bugs and waiting endlessly for fixes.
AiSensy promises a 24-hour support response time, but in reality, I’m getting replies after 2–3 days — sometimes even longer.
It’s been 20+ days since my current issue was raised, and I’m still waiting for a real solution.
I’ve filed 28+ bug reports and complaints — yes, twenty-eight — and the same issues keep coming back.
The app logs out randomly, crashes frequently, and doesn’t perform as advertised.
Even deactivated accounts keep receiving messages, which makes absolutely no sense for a business platform.
This is not just frustrating — it’s mentally exhausting and financially draining.
I trusted this company with my hard-earned money, and in return, I’ve received nothing but excuses and instability.
If AiSensy cannot manage its product or support system, it should reassess its priorities and return refunds to customers who have lost valuable time and business because of their negligence.
I’m posting this publicly because I believe customers deserve transparency. People should know where their money is going before trusting any SaaS company with their business communication.
AiSensy, this is not how you treat paying customers who believed in your service.
I sincerely hope you take this post as a wake-up call — fix your system, fix your support, and most importantly, value your customers before it’s too late.

Worst Experience with Aisensy – Truly Unprofessional
If you purchase Aisensy, congratulations—you’re paying to insult yourself. You’ll waste hours and even days just to get a reply for a single small issue on their chatbot. This is honestly the poorest service and company I have ever seen in my entire corporate journey. They behave as if their service is subscribed to by 5-year-old kids 🤣.
If you are selling IT solutions, at least ensure the person handling support has some technical background and knowledge. No customer should have to explain the same thing for hours. Their staff is not well-trained, and when you request services that are already clearly mentioned in their own documentation, they still try to charge extra.
In my case, I wanted to send tracking details to my consumers. Their documentation clearly mentions this attribute, but it didn’t work. Instead of fixing it, they arranged a meeting and told me it was a WooCommerce issue that I should handle myself. When I suggested a workaround—just give me a custom meta field where I could enter the value—they agreed, but then tried to charge me for it.
First, they mention the feature in their documentation, and then later they charge extra for it. That’s completely unprofessional.

Buggy platform, extremely unintuitive. You will have to go back and forth with the support team on various issues again and again, which in the first place should be basic functionality of the platform.
After being fed up with the multiple issues, demanded a refund within 10 days, they denied any refunds and told me that I will have to deal with the support staff only.
Waste of time and money for any entrepreneur looking for a solution, AISensy will just add more problems.
Unethical Billing & Unprofessional Support – Beware!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Aisensy.com and their highly unprofessional support team.
I subscribed to their Basic plan in January 2025 and used the service only on the first day (or the next day). Since then, I have not used it at all. However, on 24th February 2025, they charged me again for a recurring payment, which I only noticed in my bank statement yesterday (11th March 2025).
Upon contacting their support team to request a refund, they initially refused outright. After some back-and-forth arguments, they offered a 14-day refund, but I insisted on a full refund, given that I hadn't used the service and had no intention of using it. Later, their support agent Yash Raj informed me that the management refused my refund, claiming I had contacted them too late.
I tried to explain that I only noticed the charge late, which is why I reached out. Ethically, since I had never used the service, they should have refunded my money. Instead, they completely refused and dismissed my claim.
This company seems more interested in unethically profiting off unsuspecting customers rather than maintaining fair business practices. I'm posting this here on Trustpilot as a record of their unethical behavior. I will also be disputing the charge with my bank and escalating the matter with Facebook Meta to get my rightful refund.
