Poor communication 3 hours late

Ordered my new garden furniture came on time, great delivery and great garden furniture.

Well informed delivery time online. The driver telephoned on the way. He was most helpful and friendly.

The time slot went by and 2 hours later I was informed they you were running 60 to 90 minutes late and you took a further 75 minutes. Why should I sit in the house for 5.5 hours wait or you to deliver. Very poor communication.

I had a delivery slot on Wednesday, 12/08 between 13:32-15:32, I received 2 confirmation email about it. The delivery guy called around 12 saying they will be there in 30 mins, if I'm not home he will reschedule it. I politely said that it is not the way it was arranged, I have a delivery slot and I will be home for that. He was very rude to me and put the phone down on me. This is totally not acceptable.
I got home just after 1pm and found that my TV was delivered to my neighbour. I complained to Sky and they said it should have been delivered direct to me and the driver shouldn't leave it with the neighbour without my permission. I didn't give permission for this. They also forged the tracking, it says I signed for it when I wasn't even at home.
It is a big TV, needs 2 man to lift and your drivers left it at my elderly neighbour for me to take home alone. I had to wait for someone to give me a hand as it was too heavy. Also, it was put down on the side of the box and not on the bottom how it is supposed to be.
You can improve your service by firing employees who don't care about the customers at all.

4 stars as driver did phone to confirm someone was in and said would phone when 30min from arriving...but sadly didn't
Small whinge, but if you are trying to strive for excellence then its the little things that customers remember

Very helpful and carried to the garage for me. Polite friendly and good notice on arrival time. As I was hiding a present from a nosy child, this made life so much easier. :0)

Before the day The admin was terrible, I received contradictory messages (one saying my order won’t arrive and the other saying it will).

In the day the tracking was convenient and allowed me to know when the delivery will arrive. The team that arrived was very kind and professional

Given a time slot. Then emailed 30 mins after that to say they were running 2 hours late. Half an hour later, a call from the driver to say they were 30mins away. Finally, 2 hours after that, they arrived.

Notified in every stage of delivery..delivered with care and took packaging away..one of the best I've come across.
