Quick and efficient delivery
Both the 2 chaps who delivered my mattress were polite and helpful. As the mattress was being unpacked one of the men asked to wash his hands before handling the mattress, I was impressed.

Paid for setting the TV up as I was on…
Paid for setting the TV up as I was on my own and anticipated it needed two people to unpack safely. Had to prompt the delivery men that I had paid for this service, as they were moving to leave. Then one disappeared and I assisted his mate. He connected the stand incorrectly which I had to refit.
However it was a two person job but I might have been better off paying my neighbour £20 to help me.
