AIT failed to process & deliver on time
AIT collected by order from the supplier but failed to check in the barcode and arrange the delivery for the next day. When I called in, they could only say that it would take 24-48 hrs to locate my order in their warehouse and then they would need 48 hours to arrange the next delivery ... next day delivery would take 5 days !!! Had to cancel and re-order in hope it will be delivered next day ... we will see !

Professional and efficient service.
The guys who delivered my sofa were professional, polite, and friendly. They were very respectful of my property, arrived at the stated time (with a call to confirm 30 minutes beforehand), and did a great job in removing the old sofas and delivering, assembling, and testing the new items.

Later than expected and not helpful!
I was texted a 1 hour delivery time slot. I accept that delays are often unavoidable, which is fair enough. Received another text saying they were running an hour late, OK as was an afternoon slot.
They rang at 14:30 saying they would be there in 40 minutes, but didn't arrive until 16:15. I suspect that they may have stopped at a pub!
They were to take away old mattress, but said they could only take it from downstairs which I hadn't been told before. I'm 64 and was left struggling to get a double mattress down the stairs on my own for 5 minutes before they offered to help.
After that new mattress was quickly put on the bed and packaging taken away.
