Great service
I was kept informed of delivery day and time, even a phone call to say they were half an hour away.
2 lovely guys brought the package in for me, they were very courteous, friendly, polite and helpful.

Refused delivery and said that mattress…
Refused delivery and said that mattress was stuck. They rang head office to confirm to them that it was stuck.
5 seconds after they got off the phone I assisted and got the mattress upstairs.

Second delivery - appalling service
First delivery, no problem, good service. Second delivery is absolutely appalling. We are still awaiting the delivery of our special order radiator which has sat in their Warrington depot for SIX days awaiting transport to their Northampton depot. 5 calls to customer services to be told 'we will escalate by emailing the depot management'. So 5 emails sent by their team, same result, the radiator is still sat there not moving ... how broken is this process? does anyone actually care here? Now holding up our entire building project.

Really impressed by this company who delivered on a weekend. Good communication ahead of delivery and really lovely chaps who delivered it and took old mattress away. Very respectful of my property (I’d left a picture on the wall in a not helpful place without realising and they were careful not to knock it off). Would be very happy to have this company used for any future deliveries.
