Delivery men wanted to be in and out as quick as possible. No care was taken. £750 chair was dropped outside. They didn’t even try to avoid the walls when carrying it upstairs.

Following directions
The initial delivery was attempted at the wrong house and a notice that nobody was in sent to me, which I luckily saw as I was waiting and was able to act on immediately. After a phone call and investigation, the product was delivered to the correct property within the same time frame because the delivery people were still in the area.
I always give precise directions because the property does not fit the norm, however when directions are not followed through these things happen - just please don't be quick to judge the client when it does. The lady dealing with my complaint was calm and professional and got the job completed.

The delivery men did not take the mattress upstairs and made up so many excuses to why. They left it in my hallways where it's been since. I've had to sleep on the sofa as they took the old mattress away. Now I am having to pay someone else to come and take it up for me.

They delivered a new replacement…
They delivered a new replacement radiator directly from manufacturer. They akept me up to date with despatch and more importantly delivery date and time. One of the chaps even carried the new radiator up 2 sets of stairs for me
