Drop and leave!
Delivered a supper king mattres for us. First they wanted to drop it my lounge. First they were not very friendly when they arives. When they brought the mattres in they just wanted to put it down and leave. I Asked if they can take it upstairs for me. They took it to the stairs tried for 1 min said it wont fit. I had no choice but to let them leave. My husband had to get someone from work to come help.
At this said. Matress was upstairs in 5 min. Was a bit of a tight fit but we knew it will go up because the previous one whent up. Why would the new one not fit.

No fuss no hassle. I was kept informed at the various stages of the delivery so I knew when my order was dispatched and so on. The delivery window was updated correctly and, as advised, the driver called before the delivery. The staff was fast, efficient, professional and courteous. Very well done!!!
