No complaints
Although our delivery was delayed by a couple of hours we were kept informed by email at least twice which made the wait much easier.
The item was delivered with care and the staff were friendly.

Awkward box but delivered on time.
The box was delivered on time and about 30 minutes early. It stated that it would be a two man job but there was only one who struggled with the box and put it down heavily. This was not due to the weight but the size and nothing to grip on. The contents were fine even though the box had some damage and wear and tear, hence the 4 stars.

Absolutely fabulous service from. AIT. The item i purchased was originally shipped using another courier. It was an absolute disaster. I asked the retailer to send again using a different courier service which was AIT. They were fantastic, gave me an estimated delivery time, contacted me to apologise the courier was running late. Courier called to say he was on the way. He bought the large parcel up to my first floor flat without any issues. I would use this courier service again without a doubt. They put another well known brand courier service to shame!

The communication from this company is exceptional
The communication from this company is five star, from point of order to the delivery. The two men were polite quick and took the item upstairs, even taking off their shoes without being asked. Wonderful service. The ottoman is excellent. I highly recommend.
