I ordered from the company and never received the items. I emailed several times and they promised it was on its way, and it never showed up. very sad, taking advantage of people.

Sadly, It's true. Bought in late 2020 never received. I gave them grace knowing covid created legit shipping and supply issues. Now its obvious they just took advantage of the pandemic to have plenty of time to rip people off. Yuck.

Zero Stars! Huge scam. Wish I had looked on here before I ordered. Luckily only spent $50! They even followed up to all my emails telling me the delays were due to covid and shipping problems... how nasty to take advantage of people during this time when a lot of us have been living hand to mouth.

Ordered Jan 6, 2021 it is now Jan, 27th 2022. Glad I only spent $50 but still. Such a scam. Never even got responses back and now the website is expired. Garbage people from a garbage company. Karma is a B*itch Aizzor. Sorry to everyone that lost money though these crooks.

Live and learn. Big scam. They even respond when you follow up and tell you that it's a supply issue and seem so sincere. Just simply don't buy from this company.

This is a scam...DO NOT order from this place. I placed an order in January of 2021, emailed them in May, and received a response about COVID delaying shipping. It is now nearly January again, I just emailed them again, I am expecting another long message basically stating the same.

Oh, and I just clicked on the link that they sent me back in May, the website it links to is now expired. So 100% a scam!

Zero stars! Total criminals! Got scammed out of $50 plus. Been emailing for months, strung along about delays due to Covid. Total lie. Alan and Alyssa are not real. I don’t understand how they can get away with this. Is it too late to get credit card to refund money? I thought maybe too much time had passed. I feel like pursuing legal action because I’m so mad!

total scam. I ordered back in February and received nothing. has anyone gotten their purchase refunded by their credit card company for this being a scam???

Scam!!!! Bought item. In emails they lied with every message by leading me on. At various intervals for nearly a year they gave excuses. Their tracking site is obsurd and a poor attempt to imitate real delivery. Never refunded....messages were ignored
after 8-9 months. No contact sources except a shady email. Their proxy internet led backto California with no tangible business ( p.o box). No business address given r found. No phone number, no address. Scam 100%. Evil people, evil!

I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order. Like everyone, I spent over $100 at this shop back in January (they had no problem charging me) but the shipment never arrived. I followed up monthly - sometimes, a customer service rep would reply with zero info, but now 8 months later, they are MIA. I just wanted my items or a refund, and now they’ve disappeared. Horrible!

Total fake company and fraud. I blame Instagram for not doing their due diligence. They are thieves, liars, and complete frauds. Alan, the founder, is a robot! What a joke!

I ordered crystal candle holder about a year ago and still have not received it. They kept emailing me that due to the pandemic there was a months delay or it is being processed! I asked them to cancel my order and refund me. I haven't received any replies on that. They are a total scam.

Never receive my order I spent over $100😡

Like a few people have mentioned wouldnt have even given it one star , if that was possible, I paid for the product and have still not received the product even after 7-8 months !. On follow up 6 months ago i got the response that it was in the shipment facility , then no response again !

I would not give 1 star if I werent required to do so.
This company stole $99.98 from me. I placed an order for a present, and the Selenite Fireplace Sculpture has NEVER arrived.
I have no idea who to go to, as I am sure many many people have been ripped off.
I no longer make purchases of any kind from the internet. Who cannot trust anyone.
