I ordered the fireplace crystal item December 22, 2020. I have sent several emails and received one reply on March 7, 2021 about delays due to Covid. As of today, July 20, 2021, I have yet to receive a reply, refund, or item. I sent another email today.

Huge scam

Huge scam! Sent an email to cancel my order after waiting 2 months. Received a response that my refund was being processed. I've been sending emails asking about my refund for 3 months now.
Going to file a claim with my bank as I do not believe they have any intention of refunding my money. I can't believe a company is getting away with scamming people like this!!

Order item back in January and almost 7…

Order item back in January and almost 7 months later nothing. Sent multiple emails and all I got was looking into it and is being held up to COVID-19. Total SCAM. I saw there add on Facebook and I think they should answer for this SCAM of a business being advertised on there site!

Aizzor is a SCAM!!

Total scam!! Purchased 2 of the giant wall chess sets (for myself and a friend) in February after seeing ads on Facebook and never received them. My emails to them of requesting updates on my order are going unanswered so it’s clear as day I’ve lost my money.

I ordered the fireplace crystal item in January 2021. I have sent so many emails it's ridiculous. The same as everyone else, delays due to COVID, then on May 27th I received an email stating that the order had been cancelledand it would take up to 14days to received to refund back to my account. As of today, July 4th, I have received nothing. I sent another email.

Absolutely bogus enterprise

Absolutely bogus enterprise. Evidently they regularly change their name and set up a new shop to scam folks from. Any favorable reviews are staged by them to BS folks into believing they exist.

Which I could find these crooks.

SCAMMERS!!

SCAMMERS!!! I also ordered back in January but never received anything. I've been emailing weekly and keep getting the same reply: your refund is being processed. LIARS!!! Marcello the manager and Alyssa the customer service rep are both liars and scammers. I just submitted complaints to the Better Business Bureau as well as the US Attorney General's Office and the New York State Attorney General's Office. My next step is to file fraud reports with the credit reporting agencies and then to follow up with the credit card processing companies so that they won't even be able to take payments anymore. They've messed with the wrong person this time. I have a lot of free time right now and I'm pissed...

Anybody knows of a way to file for a formal lawsuit against this company?
I ordered a wall chess about 5 months ago, they never delivered it. I have sent about 10 emails to them and “Alysa” always says its going to take 2 weeks to deliver due to covid. I just want my money back, I don’t even care about the product anymore.
