They responded quickly with support when needed, I already know that their products are very good based on personal use. Very responsive and always helpful. I live in the US and I’m getting responses around the clock from these teams, as it should be, but unfortunately, US companies don’t work like that anymore, hence the reason I love Ajax, in addition to their amazing tech.

This system that I bought is very easy to use. If anything happens, it quickly sends you a message from that specific area, and it doesn’t send unnecessary notifications for everything.

User friendly system
A great system, the app is nice to use, and the support was fast to respond.
I moved house and the system was easy to take and set up straight away. Had a initial issue with the GPS telling me to arm the system when still at home, but support responded within a few hours and now's it's sorted.
The geofence feature is incredibly useful and a good range of quality products at a very fair price.

I love the product, but room for improvement.
I love the product, but it need an official read-only integration to Home Assistant. Using official SIA gives very limited values.
Since I have door and window sensors in my entire house, I want to use that knowledge if something is open in my smarthome as well.
Also a doorbell with 2 cameras for 180 degree vision would be nice.

Professional Home Security That Simply Works
We've had the Ajax security system installed in our home for the past four years, and I can honestly say it has been completely reliable with no hiccups or issues at all. It’s a truly professional all-round home security system that works exceptionally well and gives our family real peace of mind.
One moment that really impressed me was when our front beam was triggered by our gardener who unknowingly placed a broom against the sensor. The system immediately detected the obstruction, which showed just how sensitive and accurate the sensors are. At the same time, it’s very well designed to remain pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for us.
I also want to highlight the support we’ve received — it has simply been amazing. The team is quick to respond, extremely helpful, and genuinely professional.
Overall, Ajax has exceeded our expectations in every way. I would happily recommend this system to all my friends and family, and it will always be my go-to choice for home security.
