Best technical support ever had.
I highly recommend Ajax burglar alarm systems.
I chose the “Intrusion protection – Baseline” range, especially for its wireless sensors.
Compared to other manufacturers, the sensors are particularly efficient and sensitive. I have not found a wireless sensor for magnetic contact from any manufacturer that also includes a Shock Sensor (+ Tilt Sensor!). I integrated all the wired sensors I had from my old alarm system very easily.
A strong point for Ajax systems: the technical support (I used email) works incredibly well. I received detailed answers within 2 hours of the request, regardless of the time – day/night. Many thanks to the technical support team for the help provided.

System works well and I'm really happy…
System works well and I'm really happy with it. My only (slight) gripe is that updates tend to happen overnight, so I need to find my glasses in a morning so I can see the extra microscopic instructions on the phone, before I can disarm my system. (I can do this without glasses normally.) But other than that; great.

Great support experience with Ajax Systems
I had trouble receiving OTP verification codes via SMS and phone call when logging into the Ajax app, and could only receive them via email. I contacted Ajax Systems support (ticket SR00910567) and their technical support team responded quickly with clear step-by-step instructions to manually dispatch the verification codes. The issue was resolved smoothly and my ticket was closed promptly. Great communication throughout the process.

Wonderful product
After having owned a few systems the Ajax system is straight forward and easy to use.it also is compact and attractive on the wall. I can very easily arm and disarm from my phone which is great.

Working with Ajax
My company installs and services Ajax security systems and we also provide guard services.
We have chosen Ajax as our primary supplier for both security- and camera systems due to the overwhelmingly positive experiences we have had with Ajax.
Ajax systems are incredibly easy to install and they require little to no other servicing than battery changes. Thunderstorms and lightning strikes regularily malfunction/break other security systems but we haven't had a single lightning strike-related issue with Ajax security systems.
I work with Ajax systems both in installation/maintanence and also on the field in guard/alarm response duties. On both of these fields Ajax has proven to be so effective and easy to work with that my job is much easier than it would be with any other system provider.
Ajax sensors, cameras, hubs, apps, algorithms, wireless communication, customer service and even the product packaging are so well thought and executed, that I'm constantly positively surprised when working with Ajax systems.
I have gained so much confidence on Ajax systems that I can fully rely on these systems. That is a luxury I have never experienced with any other security system.
Ajax is constantly developing their products and it's a massive advantage for my company aswell, since we are constantly receiving better tools to run our operations. Choosing Ajax as our primary system provider has been one of the best decisions our company has made.
If I'd have to describe Ajax systems with just three words, they would be: "Ajax just works."

I have a quite extensive Ajax self installed system. I am extremely positive about 1) the ease of installation and the flexibility 2) it's flawless functioning over now 9 months 3) and I just tested the customer care which answered in less than an hour with a very precise and helpful answer.
