Love this team of people, genuinely helpful and caring. Great experience. Really fast delivery. Excellent quality products, feel really good energy. My parcel included a nice (vegan halal) free gift. Will buy again for any future needs. I’d love to visit the showroom one day too, on my bucket list.

AK vibes feels like a magical place. You will find all the crystals you are looking for and those you didn’t know you needed. I loved everything, the wide variety of crystals, the lady working there helping you find the crystals, crystals being packed nicely with care and a sound ritual while you pick up a message from the universe ✨

Such an amazing shop, The range of crystals was excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend to visit or go to their on line shop.

There are so many crystals to choose from!! I ended up leaving with a lovely Obsidian bracelet and a Chalcedony palm stone. I was attracted to it because it was so pretty but later on, when I found out the purpose of this crystal and the zodiac sign associated with it, I was shocked because I am a Gemini and this crystal helps with overwhelmed minds.

I’ve never written a review for a crystal shop before but this one is way too good not to write about so here we go.

Hands down, the best crystal shop I’ve ever been in. I’ve visited crystal shops all over the world, and a lot of them in London. The moment I walked in I immediately felt a wash of calmness and serenity. There were two ladies working there, and they asked if it was our first time there, and when we said yes they let us know that there were some lockers if we wanted to put our coats or bags in there, and tiny shopping baskets for our shopping trips. I was already immediately impressed, as this was so well thought out. The reality is that a lot of the times, coats and bags can easily brush up against things and it can become disastrous very quickly. The locker would solve all of that and we could shop with ease. It was great servicescape. The temperature in the shop was also perfect without our coats so we felt completely at ease.

Beyond that, every single thing in the store was labeled with their names, origins, and properties- what they can help with, what chakras they’re good for, etc. There were also large texts up on the wall to explain things like the different types of chakras to anyone who wants to learn. Impressively, each individual crystal is priced according to weight, flawlessness/quality, and rarity, which I personally really appreciated because that meant that each piece was fairly priced, and that they had all been inspected and cared for. That really showed the effort they put into the business. Also having bought quite a lot of crystals throughout my life, I could tell that none of the crystals were overpriced.

I had booked an appointment, but I showed up very early, and they still let me in, so I was curious about why we needed appointments. At first I had assumed it was because they didn’t want too many people in the shop at the same time for health/social distancing reasons, but was then told that many clients who come in seek help from crystals and spirituality, and may sometimes have mental health issues they want to talk about. Those people would want privacy and that is why there is an appointment system up. There was also a lovely seating area for the customers to sit down and chat with the staff. This was INCREDIBLE! I had never heard of a business that would sacrifice potential sales for their customers to get a bit of privacy, especially when appointments are free and the crystals are so fairly priced.

Have I told you about the staff yet? Because boy are they amazing! Not only were they friendly, but they were warm. They were so easy to talk to it felt like we had known them for years. They joked around with us and answered ALL of our questions, which believe me, were A LOT. They knew all of the information we wanted to know. This was impressive because in most of the crystal shops I’ve visited the staff were mostly unwilling to talk to their customers, unless they had booked some kind of reading or healing session. This shop was the opposite, they were caring and informative and even demonstrated how to use some items for us.

After an hour and a half of shopping, I finally went up to the till to check out. The lady wrapped everything up for me using business cards as a base and tissue to wrap it up. This is a brilliant marketing and environmentally friendly strategy- instead of using bits of cardboard that we would otherwise have to throw away, then giving us business cards to pass on, we now just have the business cards to pass on which were used to keep our purchases safe. Plus everything was packaged with paper and easily reusable/recyclable. After she wrapped everything up and put them in bags, she cleansed the crystals. This is the first shop I’ve visited that cleansed the crystals after they were bagged and purchased, so that the only energy on my crystals would be mine when I brought them home. Most stores wouldn’t care after the sale. In fact I’ve heard several times from shopkeepers that their energy was “safe”, and that because it was from their store it was already cleansed.

After I got home I spent an hour reorganizing my crystal collection/display, and when I finally finished I posted it on my Instagram story, where I tagged AK vibes. They replied to my stories telling me how beautiful my collection and display were, and reposted my stories. People, this is the epitome of hospitality (coming from a hospitality student). I could not recommend this place more. It really, truly is the little things that make it so special. If you have any interest in crystals or spirituality please do pay this store a visit, I promise you won’t regret it!

Bonus: they own their own factory so you know everything is ethically processed and finished!

I know my crystal shops and I can say with absolute certainty this is by far the best one you can trust you are getting them from a good source and are genuine. Their customer service is unparalleled and I won’t shop anywhere else. They really know their stuff and I cannot rave about them enough. The atmosphere in the shop is serene and calming with the staff so knowledgable and can’t do enough for you. They really value your custom. I ordered a valentine’s box recently one of my many orders and they were more than happy to customise it for me, and I received it the next morning which was amazing. Great communication and would give them 10 stars if I could!

I am in love with this store.
I've been to a few crystal places but none have the friendly atmosphere and calming feeling of euphoria as this. I feel like I'm in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and I literally want it all. I go with a budget in mind and for myself only, but then I can't help it and end up buy Crystal's for family and friends. This visit was my third trip and it will not be my last. I actually cannot wait to come back! Keep up the good vibes AK vibes!!

Efficient service, lovely and great quality products and many sweet small touches.

A wonderful shop with dedicated, knowledgable staff who really know their stuff. They truly care about the purchases you make and which crystals to align with thoughtfully. The organisation and signage is also great and very straightforward which makes it easy to navigate.

The shop was peaceful and well organised, lots to look at touch and get an experience of the crystals. The only thing I would say is it would have been useful to be able to spend some time with a member of staff explaining what do you wanted. I have never bought crystals before and would have been very helpful if I had some one-on-one time to discuss my reasons for wanting to buy crystals. I will be back
