I have been to many crystal shops over the years, but for me personally, I honestly found my experience at AK Vibes to be the best, from the aesthetics, everything is clearly labeled, with origin and properties, to the kindness and knowledge of these beautiful crystals from the staff!
I was in there for my whole lunch break, beautiful shop, all crystals are hand picked which makes it even more special to me.
They also cleanse your crystal for your before you leave the shop which is such a beautiful touch. Definitely my go-to shop from now on, I'll be sending more souls your way 😁

Don’t waste your time or money
I have already left a review but sadly due to their incompetence I keep being hassled to write another one so here it is
Broke data protection by sharing my details, item never arrived emailed numerous times no reply contacted them on social media still no response talk a good talk but don’t follow through it’s a shame you have award a star as that looks like they have achieved at least one which they didn’t even do that!!

I absolutely love your reply you to this have not answered one email and one answered on social media after I told you you had broken data protection and that wasn’t my daughter you spoke to you don’t use postage you use Hermes of which they charge you 1.95 and you charge us 5.00, so please guys don’t try and put it at my door you messed up not once but twice and I only brought one other item from you of which I left a review too and that was equally as bad so it’s not as if I have had many purchases I have had two both as bad as each other but one did eventually arrive!

Absolute GEM of a place
Best shop I’ve been too so far! Staff were amazing!! So helpful, patient and full of knowledge. The shop is stunning and you can tell they really care about the crystals and everyone coming in. I even brought some crystals I brought previously somewhere else and they helped me label them as I wasn’t sure what their names were! My new local go to place! <3

I was a bit sceptical about the use of…
I was a bit sceptical about the use of crystals for healing until I purchased an amber bracelet for my teething baby and it stopped her from crying and being in pain!
Because of this, I purchased the Balancing 7 Chakra bracelet and almost immediately I noticed such a positive shift in my mood and myself, as did everyone else. When I lost the bracelet, my mood and energy was so low I couldn't understand why until I found my bracelet and put it back on, then my energy and mood was so much better again!
I have definitely been coverted to a believer and will be purchasing more from this shop in the future.
Ordering was very easy and delivery was very quick!

Terrible delivery service
Bad delivery choice. Waited 5 days, then contacted them to be told, it was delivered and given to a gentleman! (I don’t live with anyone!) then backtracked and claimed I gave the wrong order number, when I did not!
After a few more days they said there’s a problem with the delivery providers and all we can offer you is a refund or send them out again.
Total of 10 days for waiting to be told that!!

We truly regret that there was a mix-up in our communication and that we’ve given you updates on a different order number which was provided to us via messages, instead of checking the order number twice.
Thankfully, we were able to provide you with updates on your parcel eventually, which brought unfortunate news of your parcel being lost by Hermes, our shipping provider. After which, we provided you with a refund and started our investigation, as unfortunately, this is the procedure we must follow when a parcel is lost.
This caused disappointment and confusion, for which we are really sorry.
We wish your parcel arrived safely, however, we’re aware shipping errors happen and in turn upset you as a customer. For that, we would like to apologise. As a small business, we are still working on perfecting our logistics, including working with the most reliable shipping providers.
Although we can’t change the past, we have provided our feedback to Hermes, and hope you will shop with us again and your experience will be excellent this time around.
