Exceptional service and you are always made to feel part of the Alakafam.
Second to none.

I only buy magic from Alakazam now. I've tried others but I prefer to know I can get what I need quickly and without drama.

Products are products (unless they are cheap knockoffs, of course!), so for this I do not want to review Alakazam’s excellent product quality, or their superb instructional videos and guides.
This review is about the customer service, and rapport with their customers. Alakazam uses the term “Alakafam” to refer to their customers as family, and to them, it is not just a word, but a mission statement and way of business and life.
Chris James in the USA warehouse embodies this principle in so many ways, that he almost doesn’t have a personal life between work and customer service (which is above and beyond any expectation unless he was the owner!)
Peter and Harry Nardi are awesome examples as well, as they tirelessly assist Chris when I have a situation.
I know they are doing so much for everyone, and Peter actually gave up some of his preparation for family vacation a few months ago to help with an order that was logistically corrupted by some computer coding in the system.
Stuff like this shows the level of commitment to treat customers with respect and appreciation, and as extended family!
I highly recommend checking out Alakazam for your magical needs, and buy with comfort and confidence. You will be treated as family, whether you are from the UK, America or any corner of our magical world called Earth!

Visited the shop for the first time today, and we'll let me tell you the experience was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and was willing to show all different kinds of tricks, which is great for me as a beginner as I can see the trick in action. Peter nardi turned up to the shop whilst I was there and after I bought a trick he was willing to show me how to do it, which is amazing to get shown by a well known magician. will definitely be going back (better make sure you have plenty of ££ as you will see several tricks you will want to buy).
