Bad experience

Usually I buy online through Al Anees and it was always a very good experience. But first time I visited the Al Anees Super store in Old Airport Road and that would be my last time as well. I found that the customer service executives do not have any information about the product and they are repeatedly saying we do online ordering. only. My intention of visiting the store was to actually see the product physically and wear it on my wrist and see how it looks. But the samsung smart watch that I was looking for is not available on display. Even after visiting the store if the product is not on display then what is the point of physical store, I can very well order it online. I did not understand the concept of super store. I asked about another model if it has bluetooth connectivity, and the customer executive was not sure about it, and he asked another executive who advised him to check in chatgpt. Overall it was a very bad experience. However I went ahead with the purchase since it was a gifting occasion for me and I did not wanted to embarrass my wife who was present with me.
