Good service

My experience with the after-sales customer service has been very disappointing. The support team was slow to respond, showed little concern for my issue, and their communication did not match their stated policies. Although they advertise a 7-day refund/replacement policy, my experience did not reflect that commitment. Overall, the process felt unprofessional and careless, leaving me with very little confidence in their customer support.
