The office staff were extremely helpful. They made sure we chose the shed that was appropriate for our needs and had the correct finish etc.
The crew that came to do the assembly were very professional, speedy but careful workers. They left the site neat and tidy and made sure we were happy with what they had done. I could definitely recommend Albany sheds.

I posted a 5* review of the service provided by Albany Shed Co. following delivery and installation of a bespoke garden shed in September 2021, with which I was delighted, not least because I couldn't find any south coast company who offered a computerised component self design and build facility.
I'm thus delighted to reprise my review following replacement of the door earlier today because the wood had warped - albeit not in direct sunlight.
Problems occur in every day life and all organisations should be judged upon how they address and overcome any issue(s) which may arise.
And Albany Shed Co's product and after care service should be treated as industry standards, to which all organisations should aspire.

From the moment we entered the showroom to the lovely two guys installing our new summerhouse we received excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

A great workspace for the garden. Having explored the very useful online 3D Shed Designer I opted for the Major Pent Combi Modern 14' x 8, with an internal partition to provide a separate 4' section at one end. Tom at Albany Sheds was very helpful during the selection process, and the two lads who delivered and erected the building were polite and efficient. The end result is an impressively sturdy summerhouse/bike workshop/bird aviary, and is looking great after a few coats of Cuprinol Garden Shades.

Recently had a summerhouse delivered and erected, Albany boost 15mm but after a nail gun is used it comes down by 3mm. If you want it painting it’s not a very good job at all, nail holes are basically missed and there’s a lot of them. Leaves a lot of fiddly bits for the purchaser to do. I ended up virtually painting it all, especially nail holes and round the windows.

Brilliant service from start of order to final build, special mention to the two guys who did all the build for me they are excellent and the quality of the final product is amazing just what I wanted thank you

If there is one disappointment the finish on the interior,
the finish on the ends of some of the internal woodwork is very ragged.
It took me an hour to clean them up I would suggest if they had been done before assembly would take 15 minutes and look so much smarter.
Have left a couple in case someone wanted to look

Excellent advice from sawmill. Useful designer service to build, adapt and price shed. Reasonable lead time. Very pleased with final product.

Great shed and very much as we designed. We are loving it...Overall, delivery and service has been great. Time will prove quality of build but looks and feel strong at present.
Suggestions for improvement -
- I was expecting good heavy duty latch hasp for shed of this size and quality. One which is provide is very cheap.
- Windows frame appear little delicate as compared to overall solid shed

I recently bought a bespoke garden building from Albany Sheds. Their pre-sale service was professional and very helpful. Delivery was on time, but could have been earlier had I been ready for it.
The instalation team were efficient, polite and very cooperative, working around what was not the easiest access.
Pricing was not cheap, but very competitive and good value for money in my opinion.
I would unreservedly recommend Albany for any garden building requirements.

Very pleased with the quality and condition of summerhouse recently delivered. Particularly impressed by the delivery driver who off-loaded and placed in the back garden with great care and expertise. He was very helpful too in answering one or two questions about the kit.

I had heard many negative stories about buy sheds that when I needed one I researched carefully. Having decided that Albany Sheds looked reliable, they did not let me down. The whole experience was simple and reliable. Easy to order, good communication, friendly and helpful delivery people and a great product which assembled well and looks good.

Had some tiles blow off our recently installed shed during the storms, Albany customer service have been incredibly helpful in getting us some replacements - excellent approach, thank you so much

Looking forward to retirement I saved up for my last shed, a Major Apex, 10ft x 12ft, double doors. Been looking and saving for years and Albany is by far the best quality and value. It's cavernous, warm and dry even in winter. Double doors are a blessing. My only regret is I should have had more of the windows opening. If I'm allowed too ... a guy, Trefor Woodgate (Woodgate construction) made the base. Can't fault him, wonderful lad.
