I am absolutely in love with my new golf shoes from Royal Albartross! They are simply amazing, so well made. I was thrilled with how perfectly they fit. I usually wear a 7 to 7.5, and I ordered a 7 US and it’s a perfect fit. The customer service was outstanding, they gave me spot-on advice on sizing and followed up with great recommendations on other gear, like golf gloves. Their attentiveness made the whole experience special. I love them so much, I’m already planning to get a second pair! If you’re on the fence, don’t wait, these shoes are top-tier.

Now we have to go through the process of trying to reconcile that. Apart from that, it was great.

I wish you had more sizes in various color combinations available.

The sole of my right shoe separated from shoe part. Only after three rounds of golf. I sent im inquiry and still no response or proposed resolution.

Premium quality and excellent style always

Ordered 6 weeks ago. Still no communication and haven’t received my order

This company is a disgrace. I purchased a pair of golf shoes and a belt. The belt only, showed up 2 weeks later, but no shoes. I received no communication about the status of my shoes, so I had to start emailing the company to find out why. Now they tell me they are not available and won’t be for several months. They had my money for several weeks, but did not have the decency to communicate with me, or tell me that I wouldn’t be getting the shoes. If this company cannot meet their obligations, they should not be taking our money. Shame on this disgraceful company.

Ordered white golf shoes. Was charged. Notified they were out of stock. Refunded. A week later they are on the website again.
