I am a wefunder investor so RA's success is important.My order was delayed a month due to a supply issue. This happens but it took me 3 emails, including one to Mr. Hocknel, to get an explanation. My hope is that communication improves so we do not lose customers.

I received my shoes, but they turned out to be smaller due to RA's recent sizing update. Upon raising the issue, customer service promptly contacted me and provided a replacement in a bigger size, which was a delightful surprise!

Ordered two pair and received within two weeks which is acceptable when not in a hurry. This brand has the most amazing styles, polished look and quality but above all, COMFORT!

First order shoes ran very small for the size. Second order I received the wrong shoe in the wrong size

The shoes are comfortable. The shoes are comfortable. Remember to treat them like the prized possessions that they are and wipe them down after every wearing, and they will take care of you out on the fairways for a very long time.
Also… Customer Care at Royal Albatross is phenomenal.
