Not recommended for solo travelers who share cabin space. No "safe" alternative provided in the event of cabin-mate testing positive for covid. No refunds either. Ship administrators not responsive.

It was a great trip. The organization, the guides, the ship staff,
the ship's equipment, the cabins, the Zodiac rides, everything was perfect. I can only recommend.

I liked everything very much. Great service, well prepared for the tasks assigned to it.

Great experience on board the Ocean Victory. Super ship, great crew, fantastic food, absolutely no complaints whatssoever.

First of all the ship: great construction, spacy decks with a whirlpool (!), modern, nice interior, spacy cabins with balcony, enough place to store all your belongings. The Crew was so helpful and everyone was so friendly, we really felt at home on this cruise. The meals where very tasty and often they where wonderful created on the plates.
The Exploration Team (from around the world) was teaching us with great knowledge and we learned a lot about this pristine world. The Zodiac-Tours where incredibly beautiful amongst icebergs, even when it snows or rains. We where well protected with the gear they gave us (Jackets, Rubberboots, Walkingsticks). My technically interested husband would like to spend more time on the bridge (more than the 15 min. tour). So, all together we had a extraordinarily trip (including the weather and cruising the Drake Passage with only 56 kn winds)! Wish to come again! Thanks to all of you!

The ship is very comfortable, the cabins are spacious, the food is gorgeous.
The zodiac cruises and landings are well organised and a fantastic experience

Very educational. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Food service was good. Clean and well maintained rooms ( Gina was great ).
Very good exposure to the continent with adequate landings.
Would have been nice to visit an operating research center, but I can understand why this is not possible with a large group.
I will and have recommended this trip to others.

Our time on the Ocean Victory led by the Albatross Expeditions team was incredible. Our time in the Antarctic Peninsula was full of wonderful landings and zodiac cruises -- getting to appreciate the penguins, seals, whales, and all the ice! The expedition team was so knowledgeable, it was great to have experts in everything from the flora and fauna to the history of Antarctic explorers in order to learn even more about the big white, seventh continent. The boat was beautiful and our room was so comfortable.

The planning of our trip was down through a third party travel agency (who were wonderful in every way); however, the two times I reached out directly to Albatross to try and confirm some details, I never received a response. Also, the disembarkation process felt a bit chaotic. The instructions given to passengers were unclear and many people were not sure where to find their luggage. We were also told by Albatross staff their would be luggage storage available for those needing it for the day; however, the busses who took us back to the main lot and the staff at the service center were not familiar with the storage and many passengers had to carry their luggage throughout town for the day until heading to the airport.

It´s my second time with Albatros.

I have no doubt about recommending Albatros Expeditions. For solo travelers is great. You always find good friends aboard.

Excellent ship and operation. Needs a few tweaks to the F&B but overall high-quality.

We spent 10 days with Albatross on the Ocean Victory to Antarctica. I cannot state how happy we were with the Albatross staff. Professionals who really love their work and bring skill and enthusiasm every day. You will not be disappointed in any way, I am certain.

Nice crew took care of everything

Great cabin! Nice crew and real good service. The expedition team was a nice and interesting mix of people from all countries and interests (birds, whales, ice, glaciers, sailing, hunters ..). We had really good lectures on this tour. It‘s a really enjoyable trip as long as you can handle the Drake. We would do it all over again! Antarctica is worth that long way! We saw a lot of animals, but also the landscape itself was so beautiful! We always had enough time to enjoy the landings and zodiac cruises! Usually there was no rushing. All in all it was busy but relaxing at the same time. Thanks for this awesome experience!

The staff and crew were fabulous. They were always ready to help you in any way that was needed. The excursions were wonderful. You really got to experience Antarctica. It was truly a trip of a lifetime!

Albatros Expeditions did a wonderful job of planning the Itinerary and adjusting it as needed. The Guides were amazing and we had a wonderful trip. The Lectures were wonderful and we enjoyed meeting the Staff on board the ship.

Everything from start to finish with Albatros Expeditions was amazing - the ship, the crew, the hospitality staff, food, programming, excursions, and comfort. All excellent. I would do this again and would strongly recommend it to others.

Overall we had a good experience. We have 2 points that need improvement:
1) The food - variety and taste didn’t meet expectations and the price that we paid for the expedition.
2) The day we got off the ship was defined with disorder… luggage got lost and sent by mistake to the airport
