I created and ordered a photo book as a wedding gift, but after three weeks it still hadn’t arrived. Customer service brushed me off with a small discount for a future order — even though they haven’t managed to deliver my first one.

Very disappointing experience. I can’t recommend Albelli to anyone who expects reliability or proper customer care.

The delivery and communication were as expected from a big webshop. Ordering could have been a little easier, but was mostly fine. The product I received does not match my expectations at all. Colors of photo prints are dark and have a horrible pink tint. Will order elsewhere next time.

Software is great, but delivery times are terrible. Delay in delivery date can happen but a delay of over 6 days is not OK and still no indication when it will be delivered.

The photo print turned out beautifully, and clearly high-quality!

I ordered a series of pictures printed in 18x13 and 10x13 cm as a birthday gift, 10 days in advance. I figured this would be plenty of time to print and ship a few simple pictures in standard sizes.
Not only did the pictures arrive a day too late, forcing me to use a 24-hour service from a competitor at short notice, but all of the 10x13 cm pictures simply were not 10x13 cm, but rather 10.8x13.8 cm, meaning I had to cut them all to size to fit the frames.
The 18x13cm pictures were the correct size though, and the quality of both sizes was good (asides from the dimensions being off for the 10x13).
The very long delivery time combined with the dimensions simply not being correct (both of which I expect to be the very basics of this product) mean I cannot recommend Albelli, and will try a competitor next time.

I’ve ordered from Albelli a couple of times before and have always been happy with their quality products. This time, one of my forex photos arrived without a hanging system. I reached out and Maja from Customer Service helped me right away 🙏🏽 smooth, professional, and with real customer care. Thanks to her, I can now order a new one with the system included. It’s experiences like this that show Albelli is not only about quality but also about trust. I’ll definitely keep ordering from them in the future!

Very happy with the final result, easy to work within the app and pick up the project where I left off ..it was a big one). Ordering was quick and easy . And the album arrived sooner than Expected ! Maybe. Include. Spell check in the text boxes to avoid print errors .. maybe there is one and I missed it ? Could be ?

what a wonderful service they have. When I have got the post I realize the photo have an error and that was my mistake. When I contacted them they offered me to print it again and send me for free of cost. I have just got new print. Thank you so Much Albelli !!

Good quality book which was delivered quickly

Spent hours making the books, ordered it on 8 march and it is still not delivered. After complains I got emails saying that it is delayed. Customer service explains that it is busy and have no indication when it will be produced or sent. Customer service is useless where all they say is that they don’t know and cannot help. They offer a voucher which is lower than the promotions on the website….

A new version of the photobook program was installed and suddenly I could not copy and paste text from Word documents into text windows in the photobook. I contacted Albelli and immediately received acknowledgement of the problem and suggestions for a work-around. Within a short period an update to the program was installed and now the problem is fixed: I can copy and paste as normal from Word documents. Thank you!

The app to generate photo album is terrible. It changes my setting at dinner point and I got different product than I planned to order.
I was planning to have a photo with flat-laying pages, but I received a normal-paged one.
The customer service was not helpful at all and just told me this is what you paid for and they cannot do anything about it.
Disappointing experience for a 120 page photo album.

I ordered a photo album as a year-end gift, and Albelli exceeded my expectations by delivering it just in time for New Year’s Eve! The print quality is exceptional, and the album looks absolutely stunning. Was so happy with the result and the timely delivery!

Misleading Delivery Promises

I tried to order a calendar from this website because it clearly stated that delivery would be done before Christmas. They also encourage you to order more items to get a discount, which we did. However, after placing the order, the delivery date showed as 3rd January—completely unacceptable, as the calendar is a Christmas present.

Even now, the website claims that calendars will be delivered before Christmas, but when you add one to your cart, the delivery date changes to 28th December, which is still too late. This is incredibly misleading and frustrating. I won’t trust this company again.

Cards are OK, but delivery is so chaotic. I ordered 120 cards, which were send in 3 times (70, 40 and 10 cards). Still waiting on the remaining10 cards, no info available. Trying to reach the customer service is just impossible. An illdesigned chatbot and no real personel available...

Incomplete delivery - can happen.. but customer service is a disaster- does not react since 3 days.

Client service was excellent. I was unhappy with the first print of a photobook - photos were flat with little contrast or depth even through photos were taken on an iphone pro. Client service were so helpful and ordered a reprint which was better but not much. Im not sure if they do a quality control of the products they ship out. Material quality is very good.
