Never a person to leave review, but I have to go out of my way to tell you how TERRIBLE this company is. I absolutely hate every single thing about this app and the bank they’re affiliated with, I have had money blatantly stolen from me and them tell me they would not refund me because it matched my “spending patterns” when I had a whole police report for my stolen property. I am currently closing my account and I advise anyone else that constantly gets locked out of their account and told it will take them a few minutes to look into to find a new bank too. It never takes just a few minutes to look into. This asks for date of experience and honestly, there are TOO MANY to name.

The transaction was quick and easy with no hassle
Yanked my advance limit away from me and caused me great turmoil

This app is horrible and a scam. They play games with your advances

Have been trying to close my account for 3 months. In the meantime, they have taken out $19.97 a month from my account.
After the initial cash advance, which was paid back on time, they have never offered another. Just taking from my account. Basically a scam.
Do not trust this app!!!

The app is amazing, but it does take a while for account balances to update making it possible to make payments.
This program is complete BS. It charges you a monthly for everything you can get for free online or simple clicks in your calculation. To make matters worse, the cancelation process is so difficult that you end up giving up. Avoid!!

Albert has really helped me when in need with my finances. I’ve been doing a lot of catching up this year and Albert has definitely helped in that regard. I’m finally at the point where I’m saving and feel in control.
I made a purchase for $444.65. I was shortly later refunded by the merchant for the total of $444.65. I went to my Albert Banking app and took screenshots that I had a +$444.65 pending to be deposited into my account. I contacted customer service to see when I could expect to see the funds returned to my account. They ADMIT they see the funds pending to be credited back into my account, as I documented EVERYTHING via screenshots. And 4 YEARS LATER, they have still refused to give me my money back. Giving me every nonsensical bullsh*t excuse. It’s now that they’re telling me I didn’t make the transaction as I never had the funds in my account. To then say that the transaction never went through. Even though the merchant informed me that it was false and sent me a refund receipt as well as Stripe verifying my claims. They’re crooks and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. 4 years later and I’m still fighting to get my money back. It’s no longer about the money, it’s about the principle. They think I’m just going to be someone to be like “Forget it, it’s too much”. But absolutely not! I’m not going to stop until I get what I’m owed! DO NOT USE THEM!!
