I downloaded Albert to get extra cash…
I downloaded Albert to get extra cash and help me with budgeting. It seems you have to sign up and subscribe for a lot of items that are unnecessary like the Genuis which costs 29.99 or 19.99 a month. The extra cash is not what they state you would get in the commercials. I tried to add only certain accounts but it wants everything. It was difficult to navigate. I definitely dislike this app and service. Go with Dave or Tilt. They don’t have all these extra subscriptions you have to pay for just to get help with money

This company makes it very difficult to permanently deactivate and delete your account I never had a problem with them processing a payment UNTIL I wanted to permanently close the account

Only download this app if you like getting robbed!
NEVER download this app! They sneak charges on to your account even if you don’t use it! If you ask for a refund, they say they “can’t” give you a refund even though they’re a multimillion dollar financial institution. SCAM APP THAT DOES NOTHING BUT STEAL YOUR MONEY. If you want a better money management app, use Cleo, Rocket Money, or Brigit! Truly, any other app than this one.
