5 star all the way. Website explains everything you need to know before buying. Delivery with in 24 hours.
Diagnostic tool easy to use for a first time user and I found the fault that the dash board was telling me that the fault was something more expensive.
This company is better than all the 5 star reviews on trustpilot.

I purchased the Ancel BM700 pro diagnostic tool, on behalf of my partner. He spoke to John, prior to the purchase. He was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. He even checked with the manufacturer that the vehicle vin numbers were supported by the equipment. Throughout the process, the customer service has been fabulous. Something rare in this day and age. It was also delivered on time, and in good quality packing. Excellent company.

Excellent Choice
The Ancel VD700 ordered from Albionshire for a good price worked well for pairing the replacement battery for my 2013 Golf tdi Bluemotion. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. I will definitely order from Albionshire again for any other equipment in the future.

Amazing communication.
Purchasing and choosing was simple delivered promptly. Where this company differs is when there is an issue , I reached out to them over a bank holiday weekend and was not expecting a response until the following working days but no I had a very helpful response from John the same day and although the issue could not be resolved without spending a lot more on a different diagnostic tool they have offered a full refund for the original tool I purchased.
