Albionshire Car Diagnostics came up in a Google search when looking for a particular diagnostic tool. Cheaper than the manufacturers website. Easy to order, kept up to date by email and delivered when they said it would. Also found them on YouTube reviewing the tool which really good and helpful.

After one failed attempt to purchase a VD700 elsewhere I decided, after much blurb reading, to select Albionshire Car Diagnostics. They were not the cheapest but their web convinced me they were the way to go. Ordering was very easy though they do show Paypal as a form of payment but at checkout it was not an option. My order was confirmed within minutes and the unit shipped the following day. Albionshire state in their blurb that they will provide a tracking number but they did not, so I had to request it. This said they did reply immediately with the tracking number. The unit arrived the next day and its software has been updated. I have used it a few times already and it is a very good, useful, tool. Thank you Albionshire.

Bought icarsoft jar v3.0 from this company delivered in 3 days from order had a problem with downloading new software messaged company Sunday afternoon didn’t expect nothing back till Monday about a hour later a reply with instructions how to update still had problem messaged Monday afternoon about 17.15 had phone call about 10 minutes later walked me through the problem my memory card was corrupted put new card in all sorted John from Albionshire could not have been more helpful when I buy my next scanner these are the boys I will buy from o complaints what so ever if I could have given 10 stars ⭐️ I would

This item is a particular ‘must have’ for a JLR owner as it rapidly pinpoints troublesome niggles and helps to reduce some otherwise potentially expensive guesswork. It’s also good to ensure that your trusty garage is always maintaining the standard that you expect and pay for. My Jaguar specialist will have to clarify why I have 75 error codes, some of which will be historical oversights in clearing them, but their response will be entertaining!
