I have bought something through them 1 time and they have on top of my order charged my card 2 EXTRA TIMES for something they don’t have any information about, or have given me any reason fo. I have been trying to get help through costumer service and they keep going back and forth asking the same questions over and over even though I’ve given the answer and provided proof and documentation from the bank MULTIPLE TIMES.. they are not getting anywhere. The service is horrible! Do not choose this company. Choose something else unless you are fine with them just charging you random extra amount of money that they don’t want to help you sort out later… very unprofessional company!

First I liked this resource. They sold crypto at good prices also they supported Skrill and Neteller payment options. However after several transactions they blocked my account without any reason. I tried to receive information from support but they said just nothing but some stupid things about "risks". I didn't violate ANY T&Cs of those resource or any other legistation. So they can block your account if they don't lite the first letter of your name for example. Beware this trash.

be careful transactions using this, if your money stuck its finish, they do not want to take care of, better find the right company, not bunch of scammer like this

I would be very careful with this company. I tried to buy some US DT in my trust wallet and Alchmey Pay was one of the options to facilitate that payment. They had the Lowest fee, so I thought I would give it a try. Went through all the KYC and AML requirements Only to find out that this company discriminates against older people. I have been buying crypto for over five years now and never have I had a transaction declined because I didn’t qualify with them. After having a chat conversation with somebody in their company, they finally disclosed the reason my transaction wouldn’t go through is because of my age. They only service clients between the age of 18 and 60. It is illegal to discriminate against anybody’s age. I told them that, but they said that is their company policy and that was final. What’s really foolish for them is all I had to do was switch over to Moon pay and complete my transaction. Some companies never learn.

They didn't recognize my TON transaction and made the order timeout. I contacted to their support but got no response for a day.
Because I once got my payment successful before, I don't think this is scam (yet). It's just unreliable and terrible service.

EDIT (Sept 18):
I had a contact on their support, had a conversation for a week, and it turned out it's a pure scam.
They told me that the transaction of the failed order has a contract type they don't support, and asked me 47USDT for some "manual handling fee".
So, for a week, I had asked them to explain what makes a difference between two TXs, one (027f...) was completed on their platform before, while another (1546...) was failed on their platform. These are the TXs, for references. (tonviewer is recommended)

I asked them about this like three times. Of course, they were trying to evade the question every time because they can't give a reasonable answer to begin with. That was funny.
And in a week, they had never given an answer for this after all, and stopped the conversation in the end. That's it.
The worst thing is that they have already withdrawn the TON from the transaction that "has a contract type they don't support". You can trace it from the TX (1546...) I wrote above.

I can finally say this is a pure scam. Don't fall for this.

EDIT 2: In the moment before I edited this, their support had actually sent a reply (which was nothing but bs saying "pay 47USD or bare your loss"). I still call this service a scam anyway because of their dishonesty.

I bought some crypto with their service and made the payment immediately. After almost a week I have never received the crypto and their support continues to say that there are technical problems without being able to explain which ones and it takes time without being able to say how much.
I requested to cancel the order and get refund but even in this case it is not known how long it will take to obtain it.
It really seems like a SCAM and if it isn't it should still be avoided due to all the problems they have

If you want to lose your money use Alchemy pay.
They took the money from by bank card and then ignored my emails ask for it to be returned.

Total Scam, I can't understand why CEX direct this as a payment option. I contacted my back and said I'd been scammed to recover my money.

Bought through Alchemy pay and they said they never received the money! Left my account And still not heard back… Avoid using this service unless you want your money stolen.

Avoid. My bank account was charged but the customer service says that they did not receive my money. In the end I was able to get my money back but lost my time and some nerves

I was created my account in Alchemy Pay through Binance after some time my account was closed without any logical and real reasons. When I asked Alchemy Pay to explain to me what was the reasons of closing my account they wasn't able to make that due to security reasons. Anyway I didn't make any transactions accept several topups cards and some declined online transactions on Internet shops.

Terrible service. Cannot help to get my money out. It keeps saying error even after cleaning cache, different browsers and customer service is useless and says they will get back to me then no response.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! please avoid buying crypto using this app. I bought some BNB using my mobile wallet wanting to be doposited to my exchange wallet but didn't receive any BNB. Furthermore I made second payment but again they show me that transaction has completed but to my wallet nothing was there. For me I think this are totally scammers

BEWARE!!!!! I was asked to pay in alchemy currency for something (scam) and when I contacted their customer service they were unsupportive and kept tossing me around their various departments. I think makes people vulnerable to other scams because cryptocurrency is becoming a legitimate way to pay. I have yet to receive a proper response from Alchemy regarding this matter even though I have a wallet address for both me and the scammer which I am assuming they can help with.

I bought 40 dollars of ETH and Alchemy took almost 50% of it???

Terrible fees and no forewarning about its steep fees

Used it to buy Etherum. Just got 1/3 of what I was supposed to get...
No refund, nothing.
