Terrible experience. Be careful

They do not announce there are gas fees. I was trying to purchase from CoinW and they redirect you to their website to complete payment. You don't see anywhere there are gas fees, they promise you a specific amount of tokens, then they deduct 10% under gas fees from the token amount.

I had a card with them made purchase on eBay, my card had no funds by the end of the month so they couldn't correct their monthly fee and resulted deleting my card without letting me know, eBay sent me a refund of $50 on that exact same card and it was successful as they provided me with tracking numbers which i then provided to them and confirmed they received the funds, and when i asked them about my money they couldn't help me and told me they had no idea of the money whereabouts, if you think about it they're not the kind of people you may entrust your money with, imagine if it was 1000 plus and they tell you your money was lost in their hands, the biggest scam ever, i suggest you walk away from them, luckily i was able to withdraw the remaining funds i had in my account before they take it away too

Their website is poorly organized. It took me 5 minutes to understand what they offer, and when I want to get their service, they prompt me with "Let's talk." For goodness' sake, make it simple to get your services! The website user experience is very poor compared to their competitors.

Made a transaction of $25aud to purchase Ltc order number 1241456971321135104… The money was debited from my account but the transaction had not confirmed on alchemy’s pays platform. After speaking with support the transaction timed out and cancelled on their end however money still deducted. Sent screenshots of money taken from bankaccount their customer service is not helpful and provide no service and advised me that they passed my issue to the relevant department as if they were a big platform it’s a joke. I kept on receiving to wait 24hours to receive my Ltc.. it’s Been 2days and I keep getting the same response from then useless support team that my issue has been escalated like ur a joke mate how many problems does one platform have if my little order cannot be resolved and sent to me it’s been 3days and the same response with no conclusion or Ltc sent to my wallet. This website is a scam and fraudulent it should be shut down immediately. My Ltc should not take 3days to receive. It may not be a massive order for some but for me it’s money and money I would not want to be scammed on. WHERES MY LTC ALCHAMEY PAY U SCCAMM…… nothing has been resolved please someone help me

I tried to make a transaction, but was asked for KYC details (photo ID, etc nothing difficult). All provided and the same details I've used before with other providers. They replied stating I failed the KYC checks. No reason why, no asking for additional information, no appeal process. Now my account is closed and they wont respond to my requests for more info. Total Waste of time.

UPDATE: I’ve provided my details as requested and still no update or news. Just confirms to me that customer service is really not something that matters.

Avoid this company at all costs! I‘ve been trying to get my money back for a week now and they just keep sending me the same automatically generated message, saying they can‘t find my transaction eventhough I have sent them all the necessary information they would need to find it.

1 - I used a revolut disposable card as part of the transactions, they wanted me to send them physical card pics, I told them this was not possible and sent them the information from the website to show this.

2 - due to me not being able to send the above they took £500 and have since closed my account blaming their terms and conditions.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought MATIC trought AlchemyPay, got a malfunction on their end and I still didn't get my order.

I provided payment proof 5 times already, even got an email from there where they confirmed that they saw a malfunction with my order and still nothing.

The won't do anything with the ticket, they are keep promising that they will fasten up the process and will solve it soon, but a simple manual fulfilfment can't be done under 5 days. The most disgusting thing is that I'm pretty sure IF I'll ever get my MATIC, the service fee will be deducted from it.

I'm working for a company where we also provide customer support about payments, we can do this under like 20 minutes, why is it that hard to assign that ticket to somebody and solve the issue?

Previously I was satisfied, but when the problem comes, they won't do anything.

Not recommended at all, won't use ever again.

If I could give 0 stars I would give 0, I bought ETH instantly it should have gone into my wallet which didn't happen, I went to contact support they came with a story that next Monday there will be a process! But then I had already paid! When I try to ask for my refund they just don't answer me anymore

A site that gives you a crazy visa. Do not pay on any site. All they do is only deduct it from your balance. Visa is a theft of money and there is no special protection for your money. I advise you not to approach it

Beware to never use virtual single usage credit cards for their services.
Your account will be immediately be blocked and you will be locked out and blacklisted.
They urge you to send photos of the used credit cards.
In case of virtual single use like the ones Revolut is issuing, this is not possible.

As a result they‘ll stop responding and you won’t gain access to your account.

Customer support is not helping in that case as they state „are bound by regulations“

Be sure to use other payment providers, as there are a lot out there.
Alchemy Pay is Not recommended at all.

Useless response; Blocked means of payments DO NOT entitle you to block an entire account.
Your ridiculous regulations make it impossible to get my account even active again.

tl;dr make sure to never use single use virtual cards, otherwise you will be blocked and will not gain access to your account again.

I have been using Alchemy pay since 2023 and up till now it has been quite a wonderful experience. The platform has a very simple and secure mode of trading between crypto and fiat. No fees are obscure, which is refreshing, and timely support is available when you need it. It certainly has some glitches (which I think they will fix) but generally speaking, everybody who uses it for payments surely does enjoy it. Definitely worth it for convenient internet transactions.

I order on 5 th March 2024 GoMining Tokens (GMT). I paid it immediately. But my Transaction is canceled and my money still by this company. It seems a scam Company.

Edit: Try other Bank with a Amount of 1.000 € and same stuff. Now its 3 days ago and money is detucted asap from my bank account and Alchemy Pay tell me that they have to check it...

I'm writing a review about my own experience that I've been making with AlchemyPay. All my transactions have been received in my different wallets since I started using their services. I can highly recommend AlchemyPay. Thanks guys!

use Alchemy pay, more efficiency

This company has a faulty process for verifying user identity of applicants. My application was rejected after submitting my ID card and bank information and getting a selfie. Then they refused to grant my request for appeal. How could they arbitrarily reject a legitimate user and refuse to consider an appeal? Attention Scott of Customer Support.

Alchemy Pay did not carry out my payments. However, the company that requested me to use Alchemy Pay was not trustworthy, so I am glad they did not.

However, I would like to know what they do with the IDs that are sent to Alchemy Pay to check the identity of the person who wants to pay. I have this question also because you have to send ID every time you want to use Alchemy Pay for a payment. Do they delete these IDs after identifying the person?
