Only a truss rod wrench but Item as described, reasonable price, reasonable postage and prompt despatch and delivery. What more can you ask for, good Company to deal with.

Nice quick delivery and one of the few companies that had what I wanted in stock.

Product description is fine, the price is very competitive. Since I bought a very cheap product I really can't complain. BUT: a plastic bag for a pickup is hardly enough. One of the base brackets was badly bent. A simple piece of carboard to wrap the product would be enough.

Purchased some strings via online website… then realised I’d ordered the wrong ones!
Was able to get through on the phone no problems, guy was really helpful and rectified my mistake. Strings arrived within two days !

I purchased a murky horizon bridge p90, for a home built les Paul senior, fully tested and found operating correctly, then tested through a vox ac15, full bodied tone, nicely balanced, complementing the korina tonewood well, excellent note separation, cleans up nicely.
This is the 3rd guitar I have built with alegree pickups, would recommend, as bare knuckle pickups I have used in the past were very dark in
comparison.

Alegree is great for guitar parts and screws etc.
Always a fast and safe delivery.

I have always had a great eBay experience with Alegree.i have mostly bought there pickups (which are incredible by the way) and they have always arrived on time and always well wrapped and secured.i have been dealing with Alegree for a few years now and will definitely deal with them again. I use Alegree for all my pickup needs and would t consider anywhere else. I am impressed with all the pickups I’ve bought. The latest was an Old Timer Scorcher (hot rail, single coil sized humbucker); a ridiculously cheap pickup to add an extra dimension to a budget strat style guitar. But don’t be fooled by the price; this is a stunning pickup that has completely transformed a very average guitar.

Alegree’s range of products is astounding and there really is something for everyone and every guitar. Think I’ll go for one of their P90s next.

It's been almost 3 weeks and my order did not leave the UK yet.
The cost of the shipping was as the amount of the product.

Excellent service and very prompt answers to my questions. Delivered very quickly with no hassle.

The bow took a time to arrive but this may have been due to Trumps tariff farce which has left everybody wondering what to do. Bow is good by the way

Ordered a bridge and tremolo, both unfortunately arrived with issues. Bridge was faulty, with stripped threads in one post and the tremolo was missing some attachment screws. No big deal as both were sorted out quickly, with the missing screws and a replacement bridge sent out to me within a few days.
I was actually unsure whether the issues were going to be resolved at first as he seemed slightly irritated when I contacted, but he has since explained that he is short staffed and so trying to fulfil all orders/deal with any issues etc by himself. So I think I mistook the replies for irritation, when actually it was just due to him being under a lot of pressure and trying to sort the problem out quickly, which he did.
I've come and edited my review and upped it from 3 stars to 4 after the owner contacted to explain, which is appreciated. The issues with both items is why I've still marked one star down from 5 to 4, but as mentioned previously, these problems were resolved quickly, so overall the service was good and the products I received in the end are good as well. I'll maybe be back to order some pickups at some point after all, as they get great reviews and look to be well priced.
