Your local delivery service is rather unpredictable. Why should a customer waste the whole day waiting for a delivery man to show up without any prior info? It is really annoying and not professional.

Driver went to a different address and…
Driver went to a different address and marked as not delivered.The company being used has incompetent drivers (Fast Drop) hence have to wait now again and needed urgent.The driver also did not call nor advise he was on the way, they also have no contact number.I will have to find another alternative in ordering lenses, as not reliable and also more priced than other Alensa sites.
