We didn't have a huge budget and only fitted out our downstairs cloakroom but were treated so well and with so much patience. Nothing was too much trouble and Deb was very knowledgeable and helped us with fantastic advice. The service, including the very warm welcome by the lady in reception means that we have no hesitation in recommending Alexanders to anyone.

Outstanding. Frankly, the only company in Horsham that could build our fantastic new kitchen and utility area to the standard we wanted.
Professional and friendly throughout, from design to completion. All of their tradesmen were employees of Alexander's, which is really important, because they take great pride in their work and the project management works so well. It shows in the results.
They completely transformed our kitchen from floor to ceiling. We now have much better use of the space and super top quality products throughout. We love it.
Expensive? Well, great value actually and the only way to achieve the finish we wanted.

We have relied on Alexanders for upgrades to bathrooms and kitchen for 20 years. They offer a great choice of both, with a huge range of finishes. They have always been extremely helpful in the decision making process, and from then on things run like clock work. Their teams of fitters, electricians, plumbers, etc deliver an immaculate finish on time and on budget. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

From start to finish, the service we received from Alexander's who refitted our bathroom, was absolutely first class.The work involved resiting the WC and installing a large shower in its place and blocking up a door. A new bath and basin were installed,together with a wallmounted electric fan heater and a large heated chrome towel rail.The walls and floor were beautifully tiled and recessed, spotlights finished off the transformation. People continue to comment on our 'luxurious' bathroom. John Butler.

We attended Alexander to look at purchasing a new bathroom suite, we were greeted by Deb, she made me a nice cup of tea “always a winner”. Deb took her time to listen to my wife’s thoughts and ideas. Were were shown several options and eventually decided on a Pura range bath, toilet and sink with some chosen taps etc. The who process was very easy and relaxed, no pressure to purchase. The order was placed and Deb kept us informed of delivery dayes etc. We will definitely be returning soon as we have moved and a new bathroom will be in the planning. All in all Alexander are fantastic and i would have no hesitation in highly recommending the team!!!

We used Alexander for a complete kitchen and for a shower room. We spent a long time comparing kitchen designs with other suppliers but chose Alexander on quality and confidence that they would do a good job, which they certainly did. Two years later we replaced a traditional bathroom with a shower room. A lot of preparation and re-plumbing was required and an excellent job completed again.

Great aftercare service. I've purchased a few bathroom items and when some of the handles of the basin vanity unit started to corroded after a couple of years there was no problem getting replacements sorted.

We used Alexanders for complete refits of both our kitchen and bathroom. The whole process from us initially entering their showroom to their level of after care service was excellent.

All the staff were friendly, efficient and professional and we are delighted with the end results.

Would use Alexanders again without hesitation and can highly recommend them.

All of the Staff at Alexander's were very helpful and patient when we were chosing our kitchen all the products were first class. Visitors still remark on our chosen design we also found the fitter extremely helpful. Couldn't have found a better company thankyou.

Alexander's (Worthing) showroom was extremely well laid out and supported by an attentive and informed staff. My Wife and I were able to wander round without hassle but at the same time the staff were immediately available to advise. We were looking for a complete refurbishment of our bathroom, to include a full retiling as well as new ceiling lights and all other fittings. We were able to chose exactly what we wanted and arrange for Alexander's specialist fitters to install everything on an agreed date. The refurbishment included removal of all the old stuff , preparation and installation of the new. This was done in an agreed time frame, and both surveyed and checked on completion to our satisfaction by Alexander's. In summary, an excellent showroom offering a wide range of choice and, with their fitting service, in effect a one stop shop which minimised the effort and inconvenience on our part. Their follow-up service is another bonus.

I have had two bathrooms installed with Alexanader. The range of products in their showroom is extensive and is backed up by very knowledgeable staff and advice. Communication was excellent and all deliveries were as scheduled. I have recommende them to friends.

Was looking for a complete refit of our ensuite bathroom. Visited the store, which is very well stocked, discussed our requirements with a planner and arranged a site visit. A quotation and plan was delivered very speedily. I was very pleased with the service but felt the overall cost was too high.

We have used Alexander Worthing for two of our bathrooms now. The showroom has a great selection of products to view and the staff are very accommodating and helpful. Debs helped us to find exactly what were after. We were so pleased with our first bathroom and the wonderful service that there was no question about where we would go for our second. At some point we will be back when the kitchen needs doing. I can't reccomend them enough.
