The magnetic lashes broke as soon as I picked them up. They said they would send another order. I have yet to receive it so many months later. They also refused to issue me a refund even though they haven't followed through on their end and it was their product that was faulty. I feel like I've been robbed and they are getting away with it, scot-free.

Magnetic eyelashes from Alexia & co. - inferior product, mine were damanged when they arrived and Alexia.& co do nothing about this, misleading advertising as they are not as per the pictures, I should receive a refund. Very poor customer service. Never agian. Please be warned

Crap! This item is crap. Not at all how advertised. So blunt and obvious that they are not real. Had to refrain from laughing at myself in the mirror with them on. They come from China, package was in Chinese. I recognized it and could have bought them myself for cheaper through Wish. Don't support these scammers!

I received the lashes. They are connected to a piece of cardboard with such strong adhesive that they're hard to remove. Although being gentle, while trying to lift from the packaging the magnet stuck to the cardboard instead of the lashes. Second of all, the lashes are so small, barely fit 1/2 of your lashes! ! I contacted their customer service for a refund. They have refused my request. VERY unhappy!!

I wish I would have done my Research before ordering from this company I have yet to receive my product And there is absolutely no way of getting ahold of them very sketchy company please do not trust this company .

I ordered the lashes about a month ago and still have not received them. I keep emailing them for tracking number and not getting it. They just keep sending me a computerized email saying you should receive within 7-15 days of purchase. No way to get a hold of them. Not happy at all and do not trust them

The products are badly manufactured. The magnetic eyelashes were very poorly made and mine were faulty. They won't give me a refund! Please do not buy from this company you will be disappointed, they have appalling customer services and really are breaching consumer rights law.

Ordered the magnetic eye lashes in July this year. It's now mid September and I still haven't received them. When I enquiries what the delay was, I was told that they couldn't find my address! I order a lot of products on line from other companies and there's never problem with delivery. In other words, I was being fobbed off by Akexia. I've tried contacting them again but no response. I'd steer clear of this company if I were you. Totally unacceptable work practices.

i would give this company negative stars if i could.
i ordered some magnetic lashes. The lashes i received were not what was advertised. They were thick and plastic and not the fluttery natural looking ones that were advertised all over their instagram and facebook. When i contacted them about it to get a refund they refused and said the product was not faulty. When i tried to warn others on facebook they blocked my comments and marked them as spam.
Absolutely terrible company and customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Do not buy ANY of their products. If they're incapable of delivering what was advertised then they are not to be trusted.
