Brilliant customer service
My boyfriend bought me a couple of pairs of earrings for my birthday and I absolutely love them. One of the earrings had a faulty clasp and fell out the first time I wore them. Customer service handled this brilliantly and offered 50% off a replacement pair. I really appreciate the way they handled this with compassion and speed and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Aleyole again.

Very pleased with quality and customer service
I have been shopping at Aleyole regularly for a year now. Nothing yet has tarnished, and the stones are as bright as new. Aleyole is my first thought when I am looking for adding new jewellery pieces to my collection: quality materials, fair pricing, good discounts when on sale and most importantly - very helpful customer service. I had a problem when one earring came with missing stone and they were eager to immediately send me a new pair. Not one earring, not partial discount, but from the get-go: "No worries, we'll send a new pair". This for me means a lot, because everything is usually fine with every seller until there's a problem and then You see true face of the seller. In case of Aleyole I am confident to shop there and will be returning for more!
