I got earring last year for Christmas…
I got earring last year for Christmas and sadly the plating came off so they turned all grey/ I have contacted customer service and wiring no problem at the they send me a new pair.
I love those earring and get so many components how beautiful they are so was gutted but they sorted it out and got beautiful sparkling earring againx
