I had an issue with my first wig shedding after being colored and I contacted them. They responded back the same day, gave me a coupon code to try another wig. This time I requested a colored wig and was sent a picture before it was shipped to make sure I liked the color. The customer service is great. They want to make things right.

Awful wig!
Your unit has a brassy color which is ugly, it did not have a security band, it was not strawberry blonde...therefore, I want a 100% refund immediately.

The hair I saw online wasn't the same hair I received and it isn't a hundred percent human hair or Brazilian hair I'm so upset with this hair I wish I wouldn't have buy It!!!

Hair seems like it’s synthetic hair want curl up once you wet it down, total waste of money

For 200% density, the hair is thin. The lace is not as great and does not melt down as well as it looks in the pictures. Mine also sheds and I didn’t bleach the knots or add any products to the hair. The hair is soft and the colour is beautiful but honestly for the price, I am disappointed. Definitely better construction out there.

I will never order from your company again. You sent me the wrong wig and I emailed you people several times. I’m gonna tell everyone not to order from your company. You people are bad business and the wig u sent me is so awful.

Guys, believe me once I have exposed a company for bad business, it is because they did not respond and treat me like a customer wants to be treated once they spent their money. My fiancé ordered me a 360-lace wig back in February of this year for me since I wanted to go back to wearing wigs. I have not worn one in over four years. The first wig was pretty. I had my stylist to install it and it turned out nice. After, two months the wig started knotting and the shedding was extreme!! I would wrap it every night and still it would knot and shed badly. So, I just thought this was my first time wearing one in a while so, I would give it another chance at this company and by another one. So, I ordered the second on in early May and the install again, was good with my stylist, but again around the beginning of July the shedding and knotting started, and it was downhill from their where the wig started to look worn and thin. I would always take good care of the wig by wrapping every night and washing when needed. I would always use a wide tooth comb or brush and still it was horrible. I contacted the company for some input and compensation since I had paid over $300 for each one, I got one initial email stating did I wear the wig? I responded, " this was the only way I would know if it shed and knot" I have not received any other responses from them since so, now I have to report how bad the products are and how bad this company treats their customers. It seems as though they will not do what is right if their wigs fail. I hope everyone pay close attention to what you buy because you might like it the first time, but make sure you pay money to a company that values what you pay and the product they are providing. But also they value all of their customers. I would not support a company that do not value all. This is why we write these reviews.

P. S. The picture shows how much shedding in one combing. Ridiculous
