2nd UPDATE: Teeth worsened and worst experience
I purchased a Liner32 treatment on August 27, 2025. Since purchase, I have experienced persistent customer service failures, including unanswered calls, emails, and in-app messages, despite repeated assurances of follow-up within 24–48 hours.
I was promised a video consultation for new molds and a prepaid return label. While the consultation occurred, the return label was never provided. A supervisor later offered a $200 refund and expedited shipping if I continued treatment; however, shipping was delayed, and I was denied the refund because the refund window expired due to company delays.
The treatment itself has been problematic. The app failed to properly store progress photos, aligners did not fit correctly, and I was repeatedly told by resolution staff to continue treatment despite visible misalignment and worsening tooth position. I later learned these representatives were not qualified to assess treatment progress. Requests to speak with a manager were repeatedly deflected.
When I finally reached a manager, Ethan, I was told a refund was impossible, then later offered only partial refunds (50–60%). He refused to provide contact information for higher management and later changed refund conditions, requiring me to return aligners under undisclosed “internal policies” he would not provide.
I am requesting a fair and full resolution due to service failures, misleading support practices, and disrupted treatment. Ethan refused to listen and refused to give me information requesting to speak to his higher up.

1/31/26
Recieved a call from Rohan yesturday stating he is confirming recieved my retainers I mailed back as agreed and thanked me. He said he has good news, decided to advocate for me and have his upper management and team review my case again. After further review he was able to get me an 80% refund for my retainers. He then went on asking I delete this review or edit it. He offered to send me a link to the review and as soon as I finish editing it, I can contact him so he can go ahead and process my refund. He asked if it could be done that day. I told him I dont know if I would be able to get it done yesturday as I just landed from work and still traveling, but I could get to it today. I asked the 80% refund contingent on this review? He assured me it is not. Here I am following through with my word by editing this review. I hope I get my refund. Will update review as things move along.

I received a phone call 5 days ago from Rohan apologizing for everything stating I can expect my refund in the next couple days. Still havent received anything.

Abby was friendly and helpful. I had a hard time with the impressions but we think it's good now.
Update. I will change my review if they get back to me, and make it right. They sent me the link to write the review before I got my aligners that don't fit and now I am having a hard time getting them respond. I am going to assume most of these reviews are done the same way, before you get your impressions. It's been 2 months since my impressions which yes Abby was great. It's after you receive the aligners that the customer service is not good. I would like to have a working product, which I do not have now. I even emailed a video of the problem as well as using the chat in their app.
