When my order was confirmed on 18/11/20 the email stated that I would receive my goods in three business days and an email would be sent to me at dispatch. It also stated that I would receive a free protective case for my watch. I didn’t receive a notification of dispatch and after three days I messaged the supplier who replied that the watch was about to be dispatched by UPS which would be speedy. The watch arrived on 26/11/20 in a damaged Amazon box with no protective case. At least I have the watch.

Did not arrive in the allotted 2/3 days. Also, website prides itself on stating UK stock but item arrived without a UK plug and no adapter, cannot use until I purchase an EU to UK adapter. No mention of this on the website. Will say that the price was good (if a genuine EU version, unable to verify due to the plug at present).

Absolutely fantastic! I placed my order of Xiaomi cleaning robot on Sunday evening and got the product on Tuesday afternoon. Quick, hassle free purchase. The product is original, comes with the European plug and all original packaging. Don't shop on this website. Nobody will reply no matter how many times you email or try to chat which pushes to someone's WhatsApp number. Even if you call no one answers. Don't shop on this site. My item went faulty and needed to return the item.

I ordered an item 7 days ago and it was supposed to be shipped in 2-3 days and I still have not received communication with the update of my order

Parcel arrived very fast 2 working days, also they sent UK adapter as promised. Friendly and good service. I can recommend.

They offer you goods they clearly don't have take your money then blatantly ignore every message you send regard the none delivery of your goods.
Shocking service, not worth even looking at.

I can't fault how helpful the people at Aligo are.
However, sending products with the wrong type of plug really puts me off.
They did offer and send an adapter of sorts, but the real issue was that the product (light) has an LED driver built into it and a nifty modular plug fitting that can be changed to other international types. The light came with the EU version despite being purchased from a UK address.
They have tried very hard to resolve but I now have a tangle of white plastic at the end of the cable!

I bought an item from this company via Amazon and really wish I hadn't. They replied to one email only, and only after I contacted them to find out if they had dispatched because it was already late. I wrote half a dozen subsequent emails, none of which were answered. Having read negative reviews elsewhere, I asked for a refund and for the item to be cancelled. Again, no reply and a delivery attempt was made today. Communication is appalling and doesn't exactly instil confidence in them. Update: Refund received after a few days, but I have spent lots of time dealing with Amazon and UPS to try to resolve this.

Product returned as it wasnt suitable. After a slight delay in communication they gave me a refund and in the end were quite helpful. Probably will buy from them again.
