I had a BBL revision and an arm lift surgery by Dr. Sadioglu and I am extremely happy with the results, i highly recommend him. I love Dr.Sadioglu, he is the best plastic surgeon that I have encountered, he listened to what I desired and gave me more than what I hoped for. He spent time explaining and answering my questions. He gave me my new dream body, which I love. Thanks Dr.Sadioglu for my new body. His team is also great, with Defne who is extremely responsive and helpful, Noor for her dedication in taking care of me during the nights at the hospital and Asena who are allvery responsive and helpful. I did have issues with the aftercare due to being put up in a different hotel which prevented the aftercare visits by the nurse, which could have been managed better. Even after I have left Turkey, I am still getting prompt support by the aftercare coordinator, Asena with great and thoughtful advice.

Dr Sadioglu and his staff exceeded my expectations! Everything from my first contact with Defne to day of discharge, was perfectly executed. I needed not worry about anything from the transportation, scheduling, medications. Nothing was left to chance. Asena was my personal intermediary accompanying me to all appointments .The hospital was wonderful. My private nurse for my 2 night hospital stay was great company and such a comfort. My hotel nurse Buse was super kind and knowledgeable . I am still able to communicate with her for any questions or concerns. Dr Sadioglu has an excellent bedside manor and I am so impressed with the dr's stitch work he placed them perfectly. I really can't say enough. I am 16 days post op.

This was my 2nd trip in 7 months (5 procedures total - FDL / 360 Tummy Tuck & Arm Lift last September and this week I had Thigh Lift & Back Lift & Breast Reduction / Lift)

​After losing 45kg using Mounjaro, I found that my face had significantly sagged. At 58 years old, I knew that surface treatments simply wouldn’t provide the results I needed. ​My recovery has been much easier than expected. I experienced very little pain and was able to stop all pain medication by the third day. While I was in the hospital, a lovely nurse stayed in my room with me for both nights, which provided amazing peace of mind.
​I am now one week post-op. My neck already looks fabulous. While my face is still puffy and bruised, I can see a "better me" emerging every morning. I am so happy I chose Dr. Ali and decided to have the procedure in Turkey.
​The support didn't stop with the surgeon. Dr. Ali’s coordinator, Ms. Asena, was incredibly helpful as my translator and transportation organizer, always available on WhatsApp to answer my questions. Everything was perfectly planned, right down to the hotel. It was a very relaxed environment where no one felt the need to "dress up" for breakfast; other patients were there enjoying their meals even with bandages and drains. While the hotel has a clinic on-site, Dr. Ali still sent a nurse every day to check on me and ensure I was healing well.
​If you are on the fence about having surgery in Turkey, don't be. The medical care is highly professional, and once you feel up to it, the country has so much to offer. From the beautiful historical sites to the amazing shopping and food, it’s an incredible experience. I simply put on my sunglasses and a scarf and went out to explore—bruises and all—because I didn’t want to miss a thing!"

Couldn't be asked for a greater doctor for breast augmentation and fat transfer. He explained everything from the minute we meet until we saw last time. Definitely would come back to him if i will need any other surgery.

I would like to share my personal experience, postoperative care, and results following my deep plane facelift and brow lift performed by Dr. Ali Sadioglu.
Two weeks after surgery, I am already smiling comfortably, and my facial healing is progressing smoothly. I spent the first two nights in the hospital with continuous day-and-night nursing care, which provided excellent support during recovery from anesthesia.
Afterward, I stayed for eight days in a hotel with an on-site treatment room and 24/7 nursing care. I also had a personal assistant who supported me daily, answered all my questions, and was available at any time.
Dr. Ali Sadioglu is truly a surgeon of the highest level. The surgery was performed flawlessly, and the incision technique exceeded my expectations — all incisions are discreetly hidden either in the hair or along the natural hairline. Prolonged drainage significantly reduced bruising; I had minimal bruising that completely resolved by day nine.
To reduce swelling and facial tightness, Dr. Sadioglu prescribed injections, which noticeably accelerated recovery. I was provided with all necessary medications, antibiotics, gels, vitamins, and clear postoperative instructions in written, verbal, and video formats.
I never felt alone during the entire process. Everything was perfectly planned and organized. After searching for over a year, I can confidently say Dr. Ali Sadioglu is one of the best surgeons I could have chosen. His team works with exceptional professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking high-quality facial surgery and comprehensive care.

I couldn’t recommend Dr.Ali enough ! I have traveled from USA to Dr.Ali and his staff for a tummy tuck and a 360lipo. From welcoming staff to a very understanding doctor and his professional bed manners i can’t say enough about him to my coworkers and other women who want to invest in themselves . I love my results and so far it’s only been 6 weeks therefore more changes in the body to come. I will def. Be back for more work with Dr.Ali and it’s to say at least this is flight attendant approved by a flight attendant herself! So incredibly well looked after with Dr Ali Sadioglu and his team. Travelling all alone from so far away made me incredibly anxious but everything was taken care of. Set up in a fantastic hotel suite close to amazing shopping which gave me confidence in where I would recover after surgery, also to get in some reformer Pilates in the gym and a swim and a sauna. Team was very kind and respectful. The over night nurse during the recovery was incredibly supportive and encouraging with any little thing and certainly got me back on the road to recovery.
Going back to the hotel alone can be a very daunting prospect but knowing there was a nurse available 24/7 in the hotel was great, but even more so was the daily visits from the Buse the nurse who performed lymphatic massage with her uplifting spirit was an incredible help with her positivity.
I would highly recommend Dr Ali Sadioglu and his Team. I can’t wait to see more of my results as time goes on but am glad to have had this time to also focus just on recovery after surgery.

Truly a fabulous team. Travelled from the USA for a deep plane facelift. Dr Ali was very patient with his communication and recommendations - He corrected a former facelift that I had done in the USA. This guy is brilliant I highly recommend him and his team. Nurse Buse was also very professional on her follow up visits.

From my first communication via What'sApp with Defne to my welcome in Turkey from Asena to my meeting with Dr. Sadioglu the day before surgery and Buse who gave my post-surgery massages...everyone was absolutely amazing!
I had complete confidence because everyone was professional and organized.
After meeting with Dr. Sadioglu in person, we made a slight change to the planned surgery to better suit my situation at the time of surgery; this showed me he was taking my exact situation into consideration to provide the best outcome.
The hotel, shuttles, hospital staff and after care were all fabulous and I never worried for a moment.

I had a deep plane facelift, neck lift and upper and lower Bleph. Dr Sadioglu and team looked after me very well. I had a slight swelling after the surgery and the doctor came to check on me in the morning and in the evening before going home! I adored the lady who set up my appointments, Daphne and his nurse who came to my hotel to check on on me, Buse. I don’t think I could have had any better care anywhere. I have not reached the 2 week mark yet so I’m not quite sure how it’s all turning out but the swelling and bruising are going down daily and things are progressing exactly like they should. I’m very pleased.

Dr. Ali Sadioglu is extremely professional and a very talented plastic surgeon. He and his team are definitely the place to go for plastic surgery. I am leaving a detailed review covering four procedures I’m from the U.K. I had a Rhinoplasty, Blepharoplasty, deep plane neck and lower face lift on 29th December 2024 with Dr Ali SADIOGLU.
Whilst my overall results can’t yet be seen I would like to tell you what I can for now. Dr Ali SADIOGLU has a professional approach to his work but remains compassionate, empathetic and respectful to your needs and wishes. He listens to what you are saying and discusses any concerns, issues and questions that you have about your procedure. He advises you. He is truthful about the results that you could achieve.

The pre procedure coordinator, Defne, was invaluable. Her services before arriving in Istanbul were excellent. Fluent English is spoken and no question was too much for her to deal with and answer promptly. Without Defne and her attention to the detail of my potential booking I would not have booked. Well done Defne.

My procedure coordinator and my English speaking contact in Istanbul was Elif. The wonderful, professional, never tiring, always available Elif. She was amazing. Elif attended all my appointments with me. Travelled in the taxis with me but remained professional. She ensured that there were no issues with translation (despite my surgeon speaking excellent English) 5*’s for service and patience.

*RHINOPLASTY*
Having a Rhinoplasty at 57yrs old concerned me. Dr Ali SADIOGLU Explained in detail exactly what he thought would look best for my face. I put my entire trust in him and the end product was AMAZING. My new nose was unveiled a week after surgery. IT WAS PERFECT. I can’t thank Dr Ali SADIOGLU enough. Since arriving back in the U.K. friends and family have described my nose as beautiful and whilst I would not use that word usually about myself, it’s a truly beautiful nose.

*BLEPHAROPLASTY*
Dr Ali SADIOGLU explained how he could improve the look of my eyes with a small procedure. The micro detail in this small area needed the skills of Dr Ali SADIOGLU. I no longer look tired. Again, I am so pleased that I put my trust in him.

*DEEP PLANE NECK AND LOWER FACE LIFT*
My research lead me to Dr Ali SADIOGLU and I am pleased that it did. My final outcome won’t be seen for a few months so I will review the first two weeks.
Prior to meeting Dr Ali SADIOGLU I sent photos and a description of what I thought I wanted to achieve and he carried out a remote consultation. When I met Dr Ali SADIOGLU, we went through a detailed consultation in person. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He explained where the incision lines would be and described the deep plane process in detail. I was confident the I was Dr Ali SADIOGLU‘s next patient.
Surgery went well. Dr Ali SADIOGLU visited me after surgery and also the next day. The care by him and his team was exceptional. All the aftercare was explained clearly. Moving on to the result…. I write this review at 2 weeks post op. My stitches are where Dr Ali SADIOGLU said they would be and are healing nicely. Whilst my face is swollen still, I can see its new tighter, younger and smoother look. Everything is as it should be at this stage. People have told me that I already look 15 years younger.
I’m sorry for the length of the review but Dr Ali SADIOGLU deserves this review. He is an amazing surgeon. Someone previously described him as having ‘magic hands’. He most certainly has.

I had my tummy tuck with Dr. Ali is November 2022. I came back in February 2024 and had an arm lift, breast implants and back lift. My last trip which was December 2024 I had a thigh lift and rhinoplasty with Dr. Ali. I can honestly say that he is very skilled at what he does. He puts his patients first and does an amazing job. He gave me exactly what I wanted and because of this has built my self confidence. You can tell he loves what he does and cares so much about his patients. He is very attentive, calm, cool and collected. He makes you feel very comfortable and you can ask him anything and he will answer you truthfully. I have recommended Dr. Ali to 11 of my friends and they have also had procedures done with him. We have all had a very positive experience with him. We have renamed him “Magic Hands” Thank you so much Dr. Ali!!
